Manager Jessica was very rude and disrespectful! When asked regarding a coupon not to put cheese on my cheese burgers but to put cheese on my whoppers she decided to get on the intercom and tell me don’t come here tomorrow expecting it to happen again because we can’t do that. Once I got to the window I asked to speak to her and when I was talking she shut the door in my face. I asked to speak to her again and she proceeds to tell me that I asked not to be charged for the extra cheese. I specifically told her that I never asked her not to be charged. She then proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have time to argue and that cheese cost money. I explained to her again that I never asked not to be charged for the whooper to have cheese on it. She was so rude and disrespectful and assumed that I was recording her. No one should be so rude working at Burger King let alone calling themselves a manager. Once we got home to try to enjoy our meal (4min away) that we spent money on everything was cold and not made the was that I asked. Read moreProbably one of the worse drive-thru experiences I've ever had. I started to order my food and asked for no mayo and she put no onions. I tried to get that corrected and she said it pull up since she was fixing it. After I paid for my food, she told me to pull up to the line. Never even explained why I had to. After 15 minutes, my food came out but she forgot my 10 piece nuggets. So I drove back around to the window and waited for her to come back to the window. No one came so I honked. Still no one then I proceeded back through the drive-thru line. When I got back through, I had to wait for another moment till she proceeded with her drive-thru greeting. At this point, I was really ready to give everything all back. I finally got my nuggets and came home to open my Whooper with mayo in it with no onions when I specifically said no mayo and had her correct it. I don't understand. They just remodeling this site and I was in line waiting to order at the drive thru and the car in front of me ordered using the new system, however when I got there I got no answer, then a car came behind me and sat for about 5 minutes, I had been waiting for ten minutes then the other car behind me drove around me and went to the window because even though the speaker system was working there was a sign to order at the window, the guy that pulled around me order came up on the big screen by site drive thru speaker so I drove to the window so I can order. The drive thru girl got upset that I didn't order at the speaker and I told her what happened and I said if the speaker works how come no one has taken the speaker no working sign down and I said I can take it down for you if no one else will, she declined.
