If they had anything lower than 1 star that is what I would have selected. Ordered from the app at home before heading to the store to pick it up. Showed up and checked in at the counter and the new employee checked with the line cooks to see if it was done and they informed her that it was not (This is important later). No biggie I live about 10 minutes away and it was dinner time. I walk over while i'm waiting and grab some hot sauce and notice everyone else looks frustrated. I grab my hot sauce and walk out to the car and give it to my wife to ensure that we have enough and see if she wants anything else. Now it's been a good 10 minutes and everyone that was in there waiting is still in there waiting and looking more frustrated. Some of them start talking about how the drivethrough line is smoking right on through but inside we're all waiting (Note of the 5 or so groups waiting only one ordered at the counter the rest from the online app). Now it's been at least 15 minutes and I check in again and my order is still not completed and the majority of us are laughing about how ridiculous the situation is. One of the people in line used to work there and commented about the drive through being priority and the employee at the counter confirmed it but was very hesitant as she did not want to get in trouble. The other orders (all but one) are now delivered to their owners and I am still waiting and now it's been over 30 minutes since I originally ordered and I ask again and the front counter lady goes to the line cooks and asks about my order..... At this point she is informed that she never mentioned it to the line cooks and that orders placed on the app don't get started until she notifies them to that the customer is in the building! Now the app asks you how you want that handled and I specifically selected that it be cooked when I ordered so that it is ready when I get there and this is apparently not how the app actually works, or this store does whatever they want. Reference the second sentence of this review when the front counter lady asked about my order by name to the line cooks..... I felt bad because they were so rude to her and she mentioned only being there for three days. So now my app sends me a notification (nope the story isn't over yet) and then a couple seconds later I hear my name called from the back and think my order is ready!!! YAY I get to eat!!! Nope they are now acknowledging my order and it is in line to be prepared. SO I look at the other person in line who used to work there and made the comment "they must be tracked on their online order completion times as well" and we all get a laugh. At this point I am ready to give up and thinking the manager must not be present, but wait there's more. Someone walks in with a flat tire issue and asks for the manager. The front desk person very nicely goes to the back and brings back a very clean looking young lady who is apparently the manager. Note her office is past the assembly line and she walks right by them and out onto the floor where all of these upset customers are. She addresses the issue with the customer and then with her perfectly clean and pressed shirt and apron walks back past the line paying no attention and back into her office! If Taco Bell is wondering why this location is suffering so bad I would assume it is because they have a management team then enjoys a clean apron over getting involved and training their team to handle the dinner rush and customer service. I sincerely hope the young lady working the front counter finds a better workplace that actually takes care of their team and customers. Needless to say they lost me for a while and even the next day I still felt the need to write this review. I may have written three in my life and I am pretty sure those were both complimentary and the employees or business deserved being called out for being wonderful. Hope this helps someone avoid a miserable situation similar to this one and I also hope their wife isn't pregnant and craving tacos like mine...

Read moreNever in my entrie life have I ever experienced such a rude person at a fast food establishment. First of all, they had the lights off on the sign so I could not read the menu which is somewhat OK because I knew one of the times I wanted however, I wanted to order something else. But I could not read the menu, so I could not remember exactly the name of what I wanted to order. It took me a few seconds to find what I wanted to order however the woman said “ come on now“. I thought this was extremely rude regardless of whether they closed in 30 minutes or not, at least it was not 10 or five minutes before they closed. I can deal with rude food workers however this was ridiculous. I was just trying to figure out what I wanted to eat but the woman continue to rush me. I understand that they were closing in 30 minutes, but that does not give her the right to be this rude to me. I have worked in the food industry and I know how frustrating it is for someone to come in when you are about to close however I would never have treated them in...
