So just to be clear the food itself is good. I had no problems with the actual food itself HOWEVER, I do have a problem with their service and management. For my meal I got the chicken sandwich meal and I upgraded it to a large ( large drink and large fry). I also added another large fry. I get my food and I noticed that my one of my fries is not in the large box but in their regular. I told the employee and they proceeded to tell me ā oh itās the same amount of fries and it donāt really matter ā . This is not verbatim but itās extremely close. I told her it feel s like Iām being cheated so could they just put it in the large box anyway. The employee did and I kinda felt bad for giving them extra work. So thatās the first time this happened. The second time happened a couple days ago. I literally ordered the same thing. I get to the window and noticed the same problem and I tried to plead my case to the employee but they wouldnāt do anything about so they went to get the manager. The manager said itās corporate. Corporate is telling them that even though a customer upgrade their meal to a large they still have to put it in the regular box. I tried to tell them Iām being cheated out of my money because I would have just kept my meal a regular size. She ,the manager, kept trying to explain to me why they put in the regular box and I shouldnāt worry because I would be getting the same amount fries. At this put I felt like I was beating a dead horse so I let it go and left. Plus there was a line and i didnāt want to hold people up. I get home and I noticed that I didnāt get the same amount of fries. fake gasp Iām shocked. I even took pictures. As soon as I walked in the front door I could tell they do not like to clean, The lady at the register was clearly not wanting to be there, she forcefully took my order while mumbling the entire time and walked away from the register as soon as she could she had no customer service. I paid for my food. My name was not called out they stood there looking at me until I looked at them, And then they held the bag up so I got my food and left. When I get back to the shop I realized that my sandwich had been thrown together by Someone who also did not care. It could not been drier, The bun was Just good enough to throw away and he clearly did not have enough chicken or peppers to do the sandwich in the first place. Initially, I was going to settle simply for a drink when i learned the oils used for cooking. Jessica suggested the grilled chicken, of which I had been unaware. Laura pulled out the allergen guide iso specific ingredients. There were not specifics about the marinade. She toom the time to conduct and internet search and bring the ingredient list to me. Thanfully, by removing just three of the toppings and opting out of aalad dressing, I was able to enjoy a grilled chicken cobb salad.
