Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Mobile

On September 14th 2024 I purchased $48.32 worth of food at this location from the drive-thru. I drove across town and took the food home. When I got home I ate my chicken sandwich and salad, the 20 traditional wings with wimpy sauce was for my wife. Later that evening my wife informed me there was no wimpy sauce on the wings they were completely plain. I called the Zaxby's and spoke to the manager. She said bring the food back and she would take care of the situation for me I said I live a good distance from you I am across town and will not be able to do that but I can bring it back tomorrow, she agreed and said yes bring it back tomorrow and I will take care of it for you. The next day September 15th I brought it back opend the box to show her that the wings did not have sauce on them and she said I cannot help you because some of the wings have been eaten . Well I said I don't think you can reuse those wings anyway. I said the product is incorrect there is no sauce she said I cannot help you, I said thank you and left without arguing with her. I went to the other location at schillinger road told the manager there about the situation I showed him the receipt I said the wings are in the car would you like to see them he said no sir. He apologized on behalf of Zaxby's of the treatment I received from 6551 airport boulevard. He replaced everything on the ticket and asked if I would like to have a drink while I waited for the food. When he gave me the food I thanked him and told him he went beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his help and that I would be doing business with him at his location from now on , I told him I purchase food from Zaxby's 2 to 3 times a month and look forward to doing business with him in the future. A district manager was supposed to call me but for some reason has not. I need to talk to him and explain there is something wrong at this location a co-worker told me he had a bad experience with his family at this location dining in, the manager refused to correct a problem with their food and the employees laughed at them as they exited...

Rudest customer service ever! I went there to get a meal for my baby and no one answered the drive thru. I pulled around to the window and they told me that I would have to pull around and give my order at the speaker. Keep in mind no one was there. No one not one car was in the line. Plus why make a customer be inconvenienced because you failed to do your job. The manager Allison was horrible! I was even threatened to get the police called on me for asking for her manager. I didn’t get rude or belligerent. Matter of fact I was in my car. When I asked for the manager again they asked for me to come inside. I told them that at this point I didn’t feel safe because I’ve already was threatened. Which bring me to my next point. If you thought I was that violent to called the police in which I wasn’t why asked me to come in. This is very dangerous and I feel that an unhinged person should not be a manager especially with racist tendencies. I am currently waiting for the district...

I normally do not write a review. But, this being my second attempt at enjoying a quick meal on the go from the drive through. I just have to let it be known that the quality is far from good. This time I got the kicken chicken sandwich combo. The whole bottom of the container was drowned in a mixture of both sauces. Bottom loaf of bread soggy. Picture taking a peice of bread tossing it over the falls and then putting some fried fingers on it and saying it was perfect. Not only was there wayyyy to much sauce. They didn't give me napkins both visits. First time didn't mind. But, with all that sauce I had no napkins to even attempt to contain the flood. It ruined the fried onion rings I was so excited about( which I must say looked like they were cooked to a nice golden brown on the top.You go ring guy for real not sarcastic 👍). So if you go by there do your self a favor eat inside. So at least if you find out they made a reinactment of the flood of Noah on your plate you can...
