Ordered online and even though coupon specified premium prices could be charged for some crusts and toppings apparently it also is charged for any sauce except the default. The delivery took nearly 20min even though I live at max 10min away. I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 had a premium chicken on it which costs extra. With all of my pizzas every topping was dry as if it had been sitting out in an open container for way to long and then the heat from baking practically dehydrated the toppings completely. There was almost no sauce on the pizzas either, and the crust was thin even though I didn't order thin.
I've had dominos on marine corps bases the in north carolina and southern california and they were good pizzas. This place on oakdale rd shouldn't share the same name as those establishments I was a frequent customer with. Literally the sauce proportions is a joke alone. If I ordered regular sauce and got nearly ZERO sauce then I imagine if someone orders light sauce they would get zero sauce, and if someone ordered no sauce then I wouldn't be surprised if this place asked for a can of tomato sauce from you when ordering your pizza. Then the crust proportions are another joke. How can this possible be regular crust? WHAT WOULD THIN CRUST BE? I could only imagine it would be about as thin as a paper towel. If you plan to order from this establishment do yourself this one favor and go to your kitchen, take a piece of bread, put cheese and any possible meat product you have had sitting around and then just stick it in the oven. Then you will probably be more satisfied with your meal and wouldn't have had to support...
Read moreMy recent experience with Oakdale Rd Modesto Dominoes was disappointing and frustrating. Despite receiving a cold and inedible pizza, the manager's response was inconsistent and unsatisfactory. Initially promised a replacement pizza, this offer was later revoked, and instead, I was offered a mere 30% discount on the original purchase. Even after expressing dissatisfaction, the manager only increased the discount to 50%.
Furthermore, the manager's inquiry into how much of the pizza had been consumed before determining the compensation was both baffling and concerning. It suggested a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles and a disregard for the customer's experience.
I maintained a respectful demeanor throughout the interaction, as I realize that working at such a place can be a slog, yet it appears my kindness was interpreted as weakness. It's disappointing that such behavior was deemed acceptable. As a customer, I expected better treatment and a more appropriate resolution to the problem.
This experience highlights the need for improved customer service standards at Oakdale Rd Modesto Dominoes. I hope this feedback encourages them to address these shortcomings and prioritize customer satisfaction...
Read moreDomino's Pizza has been my go to for quick and easy food, especially on the fly. Something as quick as my cravings, ya know? Plus its great when the parents are busy with work and you know food is going to take a couple of hours. I order from the app, super convenient and always hit the coupons tab to see what's the best deal. So if you need a meal for the family or you have a hefty appetite that requires leftovers for tomorrow's breakfast, you cannot go wrong.
This location has good customer service. Not the most engaging, but efficient. I've had issues with my orders in the past but they always worked to accommodate me. And I understand that first job in a pizza delivery place is intimidated for some, and tedious to speak to other people. It's a freakin pizza shop. When I'm patient, they build on that experience. Hell, I ordered from an app so I don't have to call in and needlessly speak to other human beings. I can get that. The food is quality, sometimes a hit or miss on consistency. But they've improved very much since I've been a customer two years running now. Great indoor eating area, clean and...
