This used to be the best location in town. The last few months has seen a huge drop in the level of service. I waited 15 minutes for breakfast after I paid. Went to ask about the wait because they were not busy. I was told "we're waiting on hashbrowns" I look over to see hash browns sitting in the rack. Wait another few minutes then get cold breakfast. I returned it. They brought me another cold breakfast. Extremely disappointed.
UPDATED!
I wanted to give them another chance after the remodel. My daughter and I went in for breakfast. The cashier came out from the counter and said "Let me teach you how to use our (newly installed) kiosk." I said I didn't want to learn to use it. I was then told "Well, you're going to have to. There won't always be someone at the counter." I told them they were right as i was going somewhere else that didn't mind providing service. I called back and spoke to Brenda who directed me to national McDonald's. I called and was told my complaint would be directed to the management group over this franchise and they would contact me. It has been 10 days with no contact. So, management group, if you read this, the remodel looks nice. I like the modern styling. That aside, your service has been in decline for over 6 months and I see no signs of that trend reversing when the management group is unconcerned about it. Everyone else, do yourself a favor and drive to any other location or do what I did, visit Jack in the box...
Read moreMy dog enjoyed the mchicken alacart, as far as my experience as I was coming up from the drive thrue side door entrance an employee was coming back from break and saw that I had a service dog and with a cane.. I tapped the locked door so he could let me in.. he just looked and shrugged, so I had to walk around to the other door.
Then right when I walked in another mcdonalds employee had with a monotone aggressive attitude told me I could not come into the store. My guess is when you see a man in major discomfort walking with a cane with amputations and very needed up walk with a dog that has a service dog harness on....I honestly don't think it's nesacary to treat a guest like that.
Then as I ordered my dog his treat I overheard a manager complain in the back that the dog should not be allowed. For future reference after verifying that a service dog is legit the property thing to do would be to inform the management so there is no further confusion.
Service got two stars only because they brought My dogs sandwich to him.
Atmosphere 1 start because the entire experience was uncomfortable and the way they utilized customer service skills towards a disabled person with a service dog was non-existent,...
Read moreJeez... Where to start? I'm not one to write bad reviews but there simply comes a point... you keep raising your prices while food quality and size plummets! Your food looks absolutely nothing like the pictures... I mean how does a mcdouble even end up built off center with cold cheese and room temp meat? How many times do I have to immediately after leaving the window come back and show you that 2 10 piece nuggets is 20 total.. not the Two 20 pieces I ordered and was charged for... Only to have an undereducated elitist arrogant teen argue with me? I have an engineering degree.. and can count past 40 and don't smell like pot at work!?!?
2 for $5 double cheeseburgers? $4 for a hash brown... A single hash brown?? You advertise $1 any size soda.. but it's $2.18 after tax... I bring in the receipt and it takes a manager to admit you are actually charging way more than $1... But the price still starts with a 1... OMG.. seriously... It's like you are in a competition to see who can rob and humiliate and swindle the most customers daily...
You won't accept your own app coupons or deals .. you don't give utensils and straws UNLESS REQUESTED?? ITS JUST SUCH A BAD AND EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE... YOU DON'T WANT TO...
