McDonald's — Restaurant in Modesto

I made a scathing review of the horrible management and their treatment of paying customers here (management, not subordinates), but I had to delete that to write this. Today, 3/18/2024 at 11:35 pm, I went in to order a drink. I went into the restroom, and as I'm at the urinal, someone flushed the toilet in the stall, came out, walked right past the sink, and out the door. I only saw that the person had on black shoes and black pants. I immediately went out the door to see who it was, and he moved too quickly. I do know he didn't exit the restaurant. I asked the cashier if someone just walked behind the counter from the restroom. He said yes. I informed him and the manager that the employee just came out the toilet stall and did not wash his hands. I remember this same thing happening at a McDonald's in Buffalo NY, except I saw his face. They did nothing. I called the FDA after not getting satisfactory answers from management on what they were going to do about it. They never responded. I am about to call the FDA on this restaurant immediately after this review. These employees handly your food, cups, ice, drinks, utensils, etc. You are eating fecal matter. I know what I saw. They should have immediately put him on break and asked to see his hands. If he washed them, they'd still be at least damp, even if he dried them. But I...

Today upon arrival in the drive thru, I received the worst customer service ever, I have never been so disappointed, I placed my order and upon receiving my order I noticed the order was missing a item, so I parked, went in, showed my receipt and let them know there was a item missing, I just asked for the missing item to be to be added, tell me why there was response was didn’t I ask you was your order complete on the screen? Well first of all I didn’t say my order was wrong, i said there was a item left out, second of all I was not being rude, disrespectful in anyway, so why are you being rude, third, Do your job, before you hand out the bag in drive thru check, obviously people coming through drive thru are not trying to hold up your line ect. Great management, awesome employees & tasty food! Each time I've come back I politely ask for my food to be cooked to order which McDonald's does happily. I don't mind waiting longer for my order either.

Cooked to order brings back the classic good McDonald's taste that I grew up with. It's a BIG difference in taste versus a beef patty that's been sitting under a warmer for a ? amount of time or Chicken Mcnuggets that were cooked an hour or so earlier.

Yes, McDonald's is " fast food" but the quality is lost when people expect their food at ' lightening speed. ' I'd rather wait 10 min (or longer if thier busy) and have tasty food. If your one that occasionally enjoyed McDonald's in the past I recommend to just POLITELY ask for your food to be cooked fresh & have patience.
