Taco Bell — Restaurant in Modesto

First of all they need to start letting people know that you need an ID in order to pay with a card before they let you order because they let me put my whole order in before telling me that. Then the lady said if you go over a certain amount then you have to have your ID so I went to ask her if I put $10 on do we still have to have our ID and that's when I'm pretty sure the manager hopped on extremely rudely said that we were not going to accept your card at all because we don't have an ID and I told her that it is a gift card and they still would not let me pay with a gift card because I needed my ID to match the name on the card after we went and pulled out cash because we couldn't use a gift card went back order the same order I got a grande chicken enchilada burrito $5 box which it says right on the receipt and they gave me a beef nacho burrito not only that they forgot one of our tacos and not only that all our food barely had anything on it and our receipt is missing items that we ordered but we still got the food like their whole place is a mess I don't even want to call them back because the manager was so rude so instead I'm just going to call corporate and let them know because it is unacceptable to treat people like that especially if you have a gift card to your business why would somebody need a ID if they have a gift card to the business obviously it's not going to have a name but the manager wouldn't let me finish my sentence...

Usually my Wife and I absolutely love coming to this location, they always serve everything correctly, even when I edit my orders which having served in fast food I understand how multiple edits the way I do can be an annoyance. They even have good customer service. All of this aside though, today when we got our food and sat to dine in, there was a man with no food, no drink, nothing, sitting in the corner alone, facing everyone watching myself and my Wife, just staring at us and this young woman who was sitting alone. It gave some very bad vibes. I watched to see if maybe he was waiting for his food, but several people got their food after him and the man had been sitting there by himself, I thought maybe the man worked there, maybe on break. Didn’t have any uniform, didn’t appear in any way to be working there. He just sat there watching and staring at us and made us VERY uncomfortable. Food was decent unfortunately the young man helping us was not really interested in our order. I'm sure it was just a fluke or he was having a bad day. I've been there before and it's been good. We just suggest that they Mark the packages or the orders when you have multiple items so you don't have to open up each burrito. Especially when ordering specialty orders for allergies of the same item they don't mark them properly. I would suggest taking a pen or a grease pen and writing on the paper to let the people know what's inside each wrapper. I e when you order a cheesy bean and rice burrito one with extra beans and no creamy jalapeno one regular you can't tell the difference unless you open the burrito up itself while driving.
