La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Modesto

Went last night and it was a team full of female workers (not that it matters). This is the first time I ever send in a review on a place but I’ve never left a place feeling so irritated and felt so ignored . Every girl there literally tried to do everything but take my order and all talked about me in Spanish not knowing I understood while giving each other goofy looks when I order something they did not want to make before closing. Even the Lead was giving me the same snarky mean girl attitude and talked to me like I was a child. They all seen our irritation and I do not know why but my order was done and made and we seen the lady set my order on the counter and had me just standing there 5-10 minutes JUST to leave for nothing to come back and hand it to me...

when we first arrived here, the girls didn’t even greet us at all, and it wasn’t even busy to where you can say they didn’t greet us because it was busy. after that, I made my order I wanted to tortas. I also got three ice cream scoops, but when the girl was preparing my torta, she was touching her phone and touching the ham and touching the stuff that she was cooking with her hands. she wasn’t even using a spatula or anything to flip the food. She was using her hands with her gloves and was touching everything with the same gloves when she was touching her phone. some people go to the bathroom with their phones, so I wasn’t going to risk feeding my daughter, a torta that was being made under those circumstances girl was rude i wont...

Me and my family love coming here. I'd say almost every other week we're stopping in for a tasty treat. The service here is great, all the ladies have been so patient and kind with us. We've always had a pleasant experience. They will let you sample everything if you're unsure about quality or flavor. The place still doesn't have a full menu posted, but they have everything! This shop is definitely more expensive than other michoacanas, but I feel the quality is better and the place is always super clean! Lots of cute photo ops too!...
