Wanted to give this place a shot because I like to support local restaurants whenever I visit a new area. However, after an underwhelming customer service experience, I decided to pass on it. I try to avoid leaving unnecessary low reviews, but I felt this incident warranted one.
Though the restaurant was slow, the host asked me to wait for a booth even with the multiple tables available. Since I would have preferred a booth anyway, I agreed. A few minutes later, I noticed that 2 - 3 booths have been cleaned so I figured he would come seat me. As I waited, a couple walks in and stands next to me. The host asks them how many were in their party and whether they wanted a booth and he directs them over to one. I didn’t say anything because I was trying to process the situation, but then another couple comes in, and same thing, they were seated before me at a booth. The host even looked away from me as the second couple was being walked to their table. It seemed pretty intentional at this point…It really wasn’t clear why I was not being seated since our interaction seemed pleasant until then. The only possibility I could think of is that they figured they would get a more significant profit serving a larger party over one person and that’s why they were prioritized? My guess is as good as yours because I didn’t stick around to find out.
I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Did not feel like it would matter if I said anything anyway based on how I was already being treated.
I guess I should thank them because I ended up saving money eating at Chipotle instead…so two stars instead of one for that! Haha
But outside of the the mentioned experience above, parking was awesome! Won’t have any issues with that! Might have issues getting seated in the actual restaurant, but you’ll definitely find a parking spot! LOL.

She was unfamiliar with the menu, couldn't articulate what the what the main sauce was, and could not explain why the 16oz beer was a better deal than the 12 or 20oz. She also failed to ask for our IDs after when ordering alcohol (we are 22 and 23 so we look young). Our food came out quickly and was really good, but after saying she would come back to check on us... she never did. It was around 50 minutes that she never came to check for a MUCH NEEDED refill or see how the food was. We had to bother 2 different waitresses to get a refill and eventually the check, as we watched our original waitress serve other tables but never look our direction. Finally we got our check from another waitress, (she saved the day and was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding: ask for her to be your waitress) just for our original waitress to have the audacity to come give us our cards back, giving the lame excuse of "she got busy". She singlehandedly turned a possible great experience into the worst service (or lack thereof) I've ever received from a restaurant... When we first walked into the restaurant, we were impressed by the atmosphere—it looked nice, and the full bar was a great touch. We were seated in a booth, but that’s when we noticed a major issue: the window ledge and blinds were covered in filth and food debris. That was an immediate turnoff.
We ordered our drinks, which were decent, and decided on the #4 combo to share. The seafood boil itself was okay, but the crab, shrimp, and crawfish had a noticeably fishier taste than expected, suggesting they weren’t the freshest. That being said, we’re used to authentic Louisiana-style boils, so our standards are pretty high.
After finishing our meal, I went to use the restroom and was disappointed to find it filthy. Seeing the state of the windows, blinds, and bathroom made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. On top of that, our waitress, while friendly at first, never returned to check on us after bringing our food.
