I ordered on mobile for the first time. These people messed up our order so bad. We had a total of 5 medium drinks plus one large diet. Not hard to get that right instead they gave us 2 small one small diet instead of large. Completely ignored one order and didn't put it in the bag. When I called to tell them they messed up my order they hung up on me and disconnected the phone so I couldn't call again. I called corporate and of course they answered for them and the manager lied to them and said the order was right. I could take pictures to prove they were wrong. Corporate was telling me the manager was quick to get off the phone from them and acted like she was not going to replace it. If the general manager is reading this it was 7/22 at 7:15. After reviewing all of the previous comments it shows this place always messes up orders and some situations they don't want to replace it. The other Wendy's up the street after I called them to find out why they McHenry store hung up she told me they always do that. I will NEVER go there again. Customer service doesn't exist there not even with management. Come on people train your employees better. The general manager needs to look at replacing some of these rude people so they can have more customers. Read moreI went to Wendy’s drive thru yesterday and asked for lemonade with my meal. However the one that I was given they charged extra for which wasn’t what I wanted so upon seeing my receipt I decided to go inside to ask for it to be corrected. An older man in a white shirt so I guess he’s the owner or manager immediately got upset and said well you ordered the natural lemonade ( there’s natural and another lemonade) so that’s extra. Which I did not, that’s what I was given. I told him I didn’t know that he Saul ‘ well now you know’ again angrily almost like he wanted to fight me. Then another lady who also seemed to be a manager maybe his wife or something said that me she what I can do. Then she walks away to get the change. He is still very angry and sternly peering at me. Mind you I went in there calmly, respectfully, waiting on the side for my turn, and respectfully tried to explain it but he was completely irate. When she walks away this man grabs the lemonade and glares into my eyes angrily and continues to stare at me into my eyes as he is walking until he can anymore because a wall prevents him. Read moreThe dining room was very dirty, the tables were disgusting with ketchup and smeared fingerprints all over and when I asked if somebody can help clean a table so my children and I can sit I got an attitude in response from the girl that was working as a cashier. She is a Indian girl, I asked for her name and they said they were not allowed to give names out. I am very disappointed, they messed up on my order and my children did not even get to get their food because it was not ready by the time we were going to leave. We waited 10 minutes for the food to be done and it was not made. When I spoke to management a guy, he did not do anything or say anything to the girl, she was standing right behind him rolling her eyes with her arms crossed. It is a very sad that I bring my children here to come eat lunch and we have to deal with this type of atmosphere. I wish I can give a zero star rating for this place. We will definitely not be...
