10/2025…. Edited my review due to recent interactions… placed an order via mobile the other night, which I understand is going to be a very busy night due to the holiday that it was. However, according to my tracker, my order stayed in prep status for an hour. Mind you my estimated delivery time from placing the order was a half hour to 45 minutes. I attempted to call to see if I can get a status update and I was on hold for over a half hour with no one coming to the line. My husband waited an hour since I placed the order before he finally got fed up, got in the car and drove down the street to where the store is. He stood there for 18 minutes and no one acknowledged that he was there. He did say that it was busy, but he did not see anybody that worked there talk to any of the other customers. After standing there for so long, he called me on the phone to say that he was just going to cancel the order, and that was when somebody decided to say something to him. He said the person that he spoke to was rude and accused him of saying, he waited in the store for over an hour, which he did not say that. We promptly got the cancel and went to another pizza place who gladly placed an order for us and make sure we had a nice hot meal. I believe management and possibly ownership has changed the past few years as we have started to have issues. My son got sick awhile ago, which we felt had to be a one off, however, now I’m not so sure. Very disappointed as this location used to be great and did so good to the community.

Read moreWon’t order again. TERRIBLE service tonight. Ordered several pizzas, appetizers, and desserts. It took an hour - for the first delivery. The delivery guy didn’t know where to put it - despite the written directions “on the table on the porch”. When my daughter told him on the table, he started to walk into my house! So much for choosing contactless delivery! Then, he was missing at least half the order! 2 pizzas, one sandwich, one appetizer, one dessert - missing. When I called, the manager said his name was Paul. I was upset because there were 7 hungry kids over and in a hurry. He just said the rest of the food was on its way. No offer to do anything else. When the delivery guy arrived again, he was still missing a pizza and ALL the marinara for the appetizers. When I called back, the girl who answered the phone didn’t even know “Paul” the manager but did end up getting the same guy on the phone. He did offer to refund my money this time, but didn’t even try to replace the pizza or marinara. They (manager and delivery guy) just kept saying they were busy. That is not an excuse. If you can’t handle the order, just say you can’t accept any more orders. I could have ordered from many other pizza places, which I will do in the future. Mistakes happen, but both acted like it was my fault, and that I should be more tolerant because they were under pressure. Read moreI work in customer service, so I understand how tiring the job can be, but the experience I had here was completely unacceptable. Greeting customers is the bare minimum. I walked in, the bell rang, and not a single person acknowledged me. No “Hi,” no “I’ll be right with you”.. nothing.
There was a woman standing right at the front counter who didn’t even look up. Behind her, four other employees were making pizzas. I was the only customer there, so it’s not like they were slammed. I stood there for a full two minutes before anyone even addressed me, and when they finally did, it was a woman in the back who shouted, “Here for pickup?” in a rude tone. Still no greeting, no apology for the wait, just cold and dismissive.
I gave my name, but she couldn’t hear me from the back. Even then, the woman right in front of me didn’t step in or say a word. I had to raise my voice to repeat myself. She finally handed me my order without saying a single word, no “thank you,” no “have a good day.” Just silence.
They acted like I was bothering them, and honestly, if I hadn’t already paid through the app, I would’ve just left. That’s how uncomfortable and unwelcoming the entire experience was.
I will never return to this location. I’d rather drive farther to another Domino’s where the staff at least acknowledges people when they walk in. This team seriously needs a refresher on basic customer service and...
