The young lady making my sandwich wiped the counter and knife down then attempted to proceed to make my sandwich wearing the same gloves. I had to ask her to change gloves. Upon taking your order the employees write down exactly what you're asking for on the bag that your sandwich will be placed in. The young man added cheese to the sandwich after I asked for no cheese. I saw cheese added to the sandwich and asked for it to be remade. The same young man still having the bag with exactly what I wanted placed in front of him then proceeds to give me the wrong type of bread even though exactly what I ordered is written on the bag in front of him. First time stopping in, and I have to say, I like it. Ordering isn't typical, which I really like because it just feels like your getting a sandwich made just for you. I went with a sandwich off the special menu, and I wasn't disappointed. The sandwich itself was very good, and I loved the heaping of veggies I got. I got a regular sized, and half was more than enough to fill me up, so that should tell you something. Very friendly staff, and the place was bright and welcoming. Employees go above & beyond to provide excellent & friendly service. Kids menu has great selections, and comes w/ apples & carrots (nice change from all the junk food). Also a bonus is that you don’t have to stand in line waiting for the person ahead of you to decide, because they already filled out their selection before approaching the counter.
