Of the three breakfast spots in Molalla/Mulino, I think I like Cindy's the most.
The servers are down home, friendly and attentive.
It can be a wait to get a seat if you come at a prime time.
So far, I have enjoyed the loaded biscuits and gravy and the Boss Hog breakfast burrito. The gravy is thick and savory. Could use a bit more sausage.
I like that they take typical breakfast items and add a bit of flare to them. That is what edges out the other joint in Molalla.
They are doing things right here with one exception. I don't think they cook the hash browns enough. I ordered extra crispy and they came out regular. Others who did not specify crispy had come out...
