Arby's — Restaurant in Moline

My boyfriend is obsessed with Arbys and thinks they are the best "fast food" place around. Well, not me. Literally every time I have been to one they have messed up my order, given me old food, AND have been rude. All of these things, every time. This was the first time I had been to this location. I specifically asked, through the drive thru due to covid, what would come on my order. I was told chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I asked for no tomato. It was basically a wrap around a gallon of mayonnaise (which they did not say would be on it and I don't like), 1 leaf of lettuce, 5 small pickled peppers, raw onions (another thing they didn't mention would be on it), and a tiny piece of flat chicken. The slogan is "we have the meats" and there was barely enough chicken on there to consider it omnivorous. I called to speak with a manager who was extremely rude. They tried to demand that I bring the food back. By this time I was back at work when I discovered the atrocity someone considered an $11 meal. They offered to mail me a coupon. We will see if it ever comes- at least my boyfriend can use it.

Ordered two $7 meal deals one beef and cheddar one classic chicken with the intent of having food for dinner tonight and tomorrow since I work through the holiday and no place will be open for me to grab something tomorrow. I very clearly and loudly said classic crispy chicken PLAIN. I ordered inside, when I got my food the cashier immediately rushed off to the drive thru window window making sure I had everything, then seemed a bit put out that I was still standing there. I was standing there wondering why I thought the tiny print in the coupon mentioned it comes with a drink and I must have read that wrong because I had not gotten drinks. She gave me my cups, I got drinks and left. Did not notice until I hit to work that my chicken sandwich is NOT PLAIN!!! Mayonnaise and miracle whip both quite literally make me nauseous and vomit. Sandwich is in the work fridge, hopefully a co worker will eat it otherwise it’s a big waste of money as I will be forced to throw it in...

ordered the BNC double, crinkle fries and a dr pepper. what i was charge for was the bnc double, crinkle fires, curly fries and a dr pepper. what i got was the bnc double , curly fries and dr pepper. even though i didnt order curly fries they were nasty like they'd been sitting in the hopper for an hour. but thanks for trying. kind of a disappointment when i drove 7 miles to get some tasty food only to get back home and get charged for stuff i ordered and didnt get and charged for something i never ordered. yeah, i get it, i should've checked the bag first. but your the one that gets paid to make...
