The most bizarre experience. I am going to going to take star for the inconvenience and the awkward experience that I had. Aside from that the food was fresh I had a Frisco burger and fries with a cinnamon bun. I do wish that I had a fork with the cinnamon bun because it was rather messy. I went through the drive-thru and ate in my car because I was in between assignments. The cinnamon bun was rather sticky and I first did not feel like going in to get a fork so I just ate it. I went inside to use the restroom and throw my trash away. The inside of the restaurant was extremely clean. I used wipes that I had in my car and then I proceeded to wipe down my car and throw away a water bottle and a few napkins and pieces of trash. I went inside to throw them away and I believe it was a manager who said that they do not allow outside trash inside. I was extremely confused I went back to my car as I just finished the rest of another water bottle and wanted to throw that away along with a few napkins and pieces of trash I had in the vehicle just tidying up while I was sitting at the establishment.
Out of respect of the establishment I did not go inside to throw these away but I was highly confused at this policy. I went in to speak to the manager in the front door was locked and I asked if they locked the door during the day and she said sometimes. I could be wrong but I feel as though they locked it so that I would not come back in with trash. I did ask the manager about this and it still behooves me that a patron who has spent money with the establishment cannot throw away items with them and it can only be Hardee's trash.
My brain is trying to understand other perspectives and ways however I feel that this was just really. If someone is traveling and they stopped in to eat at this establishment and they're just cleaning out a few articles in their car it just does not make sense to inconvenience the customer to travel to another establishment two throw away a few pieces of trash.
Someone please help me understand this. It did put it back taste in my mouth and I express that it did bother me because I've never heard anything like that. The lady tried to explain for me to think about possible receipts that people could throw away and they have people that do go in the trash. So I guess it's reducing risk?
Young man at the window great job and great customer service. You have...

When we ordered we were told to pull forward for the total. When we get to the window the guy grabs the card without saying anything. Then sticks his head out to ask what we ordered. We give him the #s a 5 & 7. He then asks us again a few mins later as someone else Inside is also trying to figure out what we ordered. A lady comes over and then asks us AGAIN what we ordered. So she puts the order in, our card is ran and we are told that the receipt will be brought out with our order. We then have to pull forward. The guy behind us pulls forward too. So everyone is waiting for their food to be brought out. We get our food, everything looks good. But no drinks. We are asked AGAIN by the same guy what drinks we ordered. He says he will be right back. 2 combos, 2 drinks, and only 1 is brought back out. He hands one through the window of the truck and says oh y’all had 2? Yes. We have ordered these drinks about 8 different times now. Luckily our food was right but this was the worst experience. We just told him to not worry about the drink because we were very upset about how horrible the service was. It will be a VERY long time before we try Hardee’s...
Read moreRunnnnnnnnnn! The cashier was pleasant. But, I just spent $37 on a 10-piece chicken tender meal and a monster combo both large sized. My fries sat in a bag until the chicken tenders were finished cooking, they were hot, but they weren't burn my mouth hot like I like them (I have a few minutes drive to the house). Then one of our chicken tenders was covered in mayo. For some reason as soon as the cook fixed the food, he had to run the front door to hit that cig. There was a man wearing a black shirt and wearing a headset (I thought he would've been the manager but clearly he lack integrity and power) black shirt had to have a freaking political debate about replacing the chicken tender smother and covered in Mayo. Now that I've actually made it home and can enjoy my food, I see that they have given me these drier than dryer sheets, little bitty, thin meat patties. I was charged $15+ for a combo and you mean to tell me I'm getting meat patties that appear to have been at morning changeover and it's 5pm. Now I see why there is never a line. Y'all really out here playing with people's belly, emotions, and their pockets. Until you do right by your customers, may this business continue to suffer lack and shut down...
