Where to begin, When ordering from the drive through I requested to get a large ice water with my meal and was abruptly advised I could only get a small. I responded by asking if I did not wish to have a large soda with my meal that I could not have water instead and was informed that no I could not Small was the only option or a bottle of water. I have gotten large ice waters at numerous other locations throughout the area and it has never been an issue as a paying customer. She said she could charge me for a large cup and then I could have the water. Which would be charging me twice for a bevearge that my meal was already included . The woman advised she was a the manager and her name was Monique, Which is false as the General Manager is Annette. She then began to act as she could not hear me and continued to blow off any questions I had in regards to getting the water with my meal. I continued to repeat myself over and over atleast 5 times to get this large ice water and every time she would say she could not hear me and began to laugh. I advised I would speak with her at the window to get her employee number and the contact information for that stores owner. She was extremely rude and when I advised that I would be filing a complaint with corporate and DPK (the locations owner) she said fine to go right ahead. I have never had such disrespect at a Mcdonalds and based on the other reviews I hope her manager understands you do not get anywhere with that kind of customer service. I will be sure to follow up with a response from corporate and this locations owner. When I got to the window she was no where to be found and would not come up to speak with me for the information I requested. The only positive to the stop was Marlon the man who took the payment at the window and handed us our food. He is the kind of person who respects the customer and does not lie to there face. I was able to get corporate and DPK contact information through other resources. Will not return to...
Read moreWas not happy.. Soon as I walked in I was disappointed by the way it looked.. Tables were nasty floor was nasty seating area was unclean black tar stuff on the seats.. Then to make it bad I had my disabled client with me, I asked a staff could they please come over and clean off the table.. She said just a minute when I'm done..She was wiping the ketchup area and wiping the wall by the ketchup area.. so I sat there with my client and waited for her to come over and I looked over there thinking she had to do one wipe and then she would come over to our table but she took her time cleaning that ketchup area and me and my client had to sit there and wait a good 5-10 minutes until she finished what she was doing that was very unprofessional. when a customer is asking can you come clean off a table so they can sit down and they asked you very politely could you come do it and then you take your time doing what you're doing instead of getting right over there and doing it that is very unprofessional and I was very upset with that and I had to hold my composure and I waited patiently.. But definitely will not come back to that McDonald's to eat not only because she was very unprofessional but because I can't sit and eat around filth... and I have been through that drive-through plenty of times where I've asked for ice cream or milkshakes and they would tell me we don't have it, and won't give me an explanation of why you don't have it.. It's a McDonald's you have ice cream you have milkshakes why is it that you don't have it is it because your machine is broken or you don't have the order in to distribute it whatever the case maybe give an explanation to your customers just don't yell on the speaker we don't have it....Just unprofessional that McDonald's needs to...
Read moreStopped by today to get two fish sandwichâs for five dollars. Wanted to make sure they were still doing this so I looked at the front window. The poster said, âtwo fish for five dollarsâ. So I walked in and placed my order, the cashier says eight something. I said the sign in the window says two for five. She says, âoh that ended yesterday, we havenât had time to take down the postersâ. Well I ask for the manager thinking heâll want to make it right. He says the same thing, ended yesterday didnât have time to take the sign down. I said, âwell the signs up so how about giving me that price. He says no and walks over to take the sign down. There wasnât more then a few people in the restaurant but still they didnât have time. Just another reason why people arenât going to McDonaldâs as much anymore. Went down the road to Arbyâs, wow two fish for five dollars. The piece of fish was twice the size and the bun was great. Goodbye McDonaldâs, Hello Arbyâs!! Just read all the other terrible reviews about this place, Iâm surprised McDonaldâs doesnât take away their franchise. Going to the corporate level with my complaint, too busy to take down a few posters. At least five people were standing around and it was four in the afternoon. Lazy, uncaring people...
