Dunkin' — Restaurant in Monroe Township

Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge and even take our order. Politely asked when service would be provided and got a snappy remark and I had to apologize to the worker because I felt threatened. Took another 10 minutes to get simple iced coffee. Made me late for work. Drive through is no faster nor friendlier either. Now I'm not asking them to sit down and have a conversation with me but the staff needs an attitude adjustment. No need to raise your voice just because you're busy and got asked a simple question. Do yourself a favor go the extra 10 minutes to the dunk in on 4th st in Sunbury by the YMCA and then you'll get your order fast and politely. Corporate you need to fix something fast.

[EDIT] When my fiancee opened her croissant sandwich it was burnt to a crisp. Black edges and all. That happens all the time at this dunkin but never have had it at the dunkin on 4th street in Sunbury. What a shame, please be aware there's much better dunkin stores pretty much everywhere else. This one I'd always a disappointment. Maybe they need to train their staff better? I will be contacting their corporate offices to see what they can do about the disappointing outcomes at this location. The 2 star rating is specific to this dunkin as others have never had...

Its Dunkin. What can I say about it that no one already knows. The line for the drive thru was way too long. Honestly believe they could build another one right across the road and it would still take 10 mins to get your order. Its a popular place. Best tea ever. Its never bitter. Never get that "old tea" taste that a lot of fast food places have. Tells me they keep it clean. And who doesn't like doughnuts? They are always fresh and soft. Today I stopped in the morning so every flavor was available. That was actually a negative for me. Im better later in the evening when choices are limited somewhat, so I'm not tempted to pull away with all of them. Im sitting here right now regretting the poor choice I made. Won't ever go here again!! 15 minute wait for 2 caramel macchiato!! There was about 20 people standing around waiting for there orders, half our order went with someone who came in after us! The miserable guy behind the counter says "I have no control over when the latte's go out"....what??? You have #'s on the receipts. Manager hiding in the back, when she should of been in the front helping out with the orders, finally comes out says sorry and nothing else, she needs to be fired or retrained and taught not to be hiding in the back with the other guy! All of them were miserable, kid rolls his eyes after I ask for a manager, unreal. This is your job, to make coffee, find another job if you're that unhappy. AND after all that crap, they forgot...
