Arby's — Restaurant in Monroe

Passing thru from out of town. Family wanted to stop for the $5 fish combo, was told the limit is 2 - first inconvenience. After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were missing items and called to ask how to proceed. Was told they could give the item if we come back, give a refund, or whatever we’d like. I was already back on the highway and ready to circle back and receive the items as well as a refund. Manager - Crystal stated they would only do one which is give us the items missing or receive a refund. I didn’t believe this was fair as we wasted gas to come back either way. Horrible customer service on the managers part given the only thing missing was fries. It is noted to not stop at Arby’s while road-tripping. Will be escalating issue as this...

I went to Arby”s today for lunch, after craving for it since having it for dinner Monday night. Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich with curly fries and orange fanta for myself, and Buffalo sliders and peach lemonade for my daughter. The food and customer service skills was flawless!!! However, today I ordered the exact same thing for myself, asked for extra ranch on sandwich, I had no ranch, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions on my sandwich. Only turkey, cheese, and bacon!! My husband and I ate at here for the first time on yesterday and we both stayed up ALL NIGHT EXTREMELY ILL (Vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhea). This morning we are STILL extremely ill. I know that these things can happen with regard to preparing food, but I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the manager's demeanor. I called the restaurant this morning to inform the manager and he was unapologetic and nonchalant. Worst customer service EVER!!!...
