During my visit they had approximately 5 to 6 familys waiting inside and it looked like 8 cars in the drive thru. According to the monitior it was taking 18 minutes per order. They had at least 7 or 8vpeople on the floor that we could see. Had to use the kiosk to order, which was simple enough. Paid and my receipt printed blank. I asked for a reprint and the young girl working the counter rudely notified me that since I ordered from the kiosk I had to go to the kiosk and get a reprint from there you know the machine that is putting out blank reaciepts. I asked if she could do it for me and she said NO. For a group that makes almost $15 an hour putting forth $5 an hour worth of effort. The fastest anybody was moving was turbo slow at best. After my 25 minute wait my 2 breakfast burrito meal was complete. When I picked it up I was asked if I had my drink already, I said no her immediate response why did you wait till now to ask for it. I said I did not know it was an option. She then notified me if I had "read my reciept" I would had seen what to do. I explained to whom I was talking to I assumed was the manager about the reciept issue and she said she print it out for me after 4 minutes of trying to print a reciept I had enough of this misery and told them to forget it and left. There is no help for this establishment. Hands down one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The corporate management should revoke the owners rights immediately all this place does is leave a bad mark on the franchise. Customer service is horrible. Food tastes so so at best even for a McDonald's The wait time is atrocious The employees look like they hate their jobs Fried food tasted like it was cooked in scorched or burnt oil. Triple check your order as the forget to put all your order in the bag it may take 2 or 3 return trips to get your order right. Don't expect apologies for the wait or messing up of your order, remember you are the one who walked in and interrupted the conversation or the tikbtok dance practice. Dont be rude and try to order until they are done. In closing go anywhere else but this establishment, chik filet is just cadi corner or checkers and zaxbys is across the street if you need...
Read moreI used your app placed a mobile order, paid for it, pulled up to the curbside parking for mobile orders. I went to the app and punched in the number of the parking space I was at and the next thing the app tells me is your order's been canceled and you will be refunded shortly. Have not seen the refund. I went inside to ask if I could just place another order and to see if they knew what was going on. I It took 5 minutes for somebody to turn around and look at the counter, I had four employees walked past me and the management look at me turn her back to me. Absolutely the rudest manager you have in your company, would not answer any of my questions told me that they had nothing to do with the app and it was probably my fault that I messed up something and then told me to go to the kiosk to order more food if I wanted something. Then turned her back to me again. She was no help to me at all and her customer service was horrible. I do not recommend this McDonald's to anybody if you can have an option to go to a different one, I would. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under this management. Read moreI wish I could leave ZERO stars, absolute worst service ever. Made my order a 7:32 and didn’t even get to the window till 8:14. And they only had 1 lane open. When I FINALLY got to the window the girl was extremely rude and just looked at me. The inside looked absolutely disgusting and all I could hear was them cussing up a storm on the inside WHICH WAS CLOSED. After sitting there for 10 more minutes she finally brought me my order WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT WAS MESSED UP. I asked “I would like to speak to the manager” which she replied “why for” I said “please get the manager” to her reply “they isn’t here” and I said “fine what’s the managers name” “I ain’t giving it to you, you can leave” and closed the window in my face and flipped me off.
This is the worst and most unprofessional Mcdonalds of all time. The staff are trash and so is the management for allowing it to go on. And you think you deserve $15 an hour?
