Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE at a McDonalds EVER. Drive through, just before 7am. The manager took our order. Within the order was a breakfast burrito with mild sauce. I'm pretty sure her name was Erika. Was rude to us at the speaker. Probably because I had a car load of people and needed to get everyone's order. Cashier was cool at first window, no issues. Then the food window.... manager is there. Opens the window and SAYS NOTHING.... no "good morning",no "thank you", no "have a nice day" .... did I get all my food? I wait at the window for closure. She opens the window and I'm like "is this everything? " she snarkly says yes. We pull forward and check.... no mild sauce. Doors are locked so I can't go back in to get some, so I walked up to the drive thru window. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me "DO NOT WALK UP TO MY WINDOW".. I said "I wouldn't be if you put my mild sauce in my bag". She then yells at me again, "YOU NEVER ASKED FOR IT! " and threw it at me.
She should not be a manager there. I feel bad for the employees under her that have to deal with that.

Read moreI just wasted over half an hour in the drive through. I placed my order no problem & get to the window a good amount of time later to be told they are only accepting cash. They didn't say anything to me while was ordering. The second window has about 10 people on the other side of it staring at me like deer in headlights. I asked if I could cashapp them the balance and when the system came online they can ring it up. I'm looking at my families food at the window and the McDonald's champion Shelby comes to the window and tells me I can't have my food after three people said they would give it to me because admittingly I was the only one not informed of cash only.
