The service I received at the Papa John's Pizza in question was unacceptable. Specifically, the behavior of the manager named Cam was particularly concerning. The team members seemed polite and accommodating, but unfortunately, the manager's actions overshadowed their efforts.
When I arrived at the store, Cam was on the phone and seemed distracted. After waiting patiently for several minutes, I inquired about my order's status. Cam rudely told me to wait and walked away. After waiting for almost fifteen minutes, he finally hung up and turned his attention to me.
He was dismissive and confrontational, saying that my order was not ready yet and I would have to wait. I asked him when it would be ready and he responded with an exasperated sigh and the vague answer of "soon." I waited another fifteen minutes before asking again, at which point he snapped at me, saying that I was being impatient and to just wait.
When my order finally arrived, it was cold, and the toppings were lopsided and not as advertised. When I tried to complain, Cam told me that it was what I ordered and that I should have specified otherwise. When I pointed out the discrepancies between what I had ordered and what had been delivered, he became defensive and unhelpful.
Throughout the entire interaction, Cam was unprofessional, dismissive, and disinterested in providing good customer service. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this particular Papa John's Pizza location to anyone based on my experience.
In my opinion, the reason for such poor customer service lies in the attitude of the management. The manager's behavior sets the tone for the entire team, and when they are rude and dismissive, it can be deeply unsettling to customers.
In conclusion, if you are in the area and considering going to a Papa John's Pizza, I would suggest choosing a different location. Hopefully, this particular franchise will take note of customer complaints and take steps to improve their service in the future. Had called three times about the order the first time was 25 mins in waiting for the pizza just checking it that fine it should be here shortly was told to call back if it doesn’t show up. Called a second time right in the 45 min time window was told the delivery drivers had more orders understandably should be there soon. Doesn’t show up on the hour mark call the store was told the delivery driver knocked on the door and no answer which is not true we were outside the room and could see who was coming in and out the parking lot. We asked them to remake the order now that it has been over an hour and we will just come and get it at this point. We get there I check the food the food is not warm has not been remade and when I asked for it to be re made once again one of the girls in the back rebutdtaled saying “if they said they remade it they did” as it’s not warm and doesn’t look fresh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. So I stand there for an extra 15/20 mins for the food to be remade they are goofing off in the back being loud and at one point the tall dude that works there and mind you it’s around 9pm when this happened started throwing the trays around and also being loud. The attitude was felt in the air and they kept staring at us as well as they were remaking the food felt like we had to stand there and actually watch them make our food. To all customers don't go to this location. I will be contacting CORPORATE regarding a employee named Brittany. I ordered Pizza from them and the App told me my order would be ready in 9 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and still didn't receive my order. I eventually asked how much longer will it take to get my order and i was told another 25 minutes.
I also seen ROACHES in thier Store on the Floor and I took Pictures. So the Cashier named Brittany yelled and screamed because I asked her for CORPORATE's number to complain about thier Customer Service problems.Brittany needs to be let go for Disrespectful Behavior.
