CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Monroe

If I could give zero stars I would! This store is the worst one I’ve ever been to! It just took me an hour and a half holding on the phone to get the pharmacy to answer so I could refill a prescription. I usually do it through the app but I didn’t have that option with this medication. I called the store manager twice and asked if she could please ask them to answer the phone! This isn’t the first time this has happened! It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to call! Not to mention standing in line and waiting while everyone in the pharmacy ignores you! Last time I went in the store I was second in line and stood there 20 minutes! The drive through is just as bad! I’ve waited 35 minutes and was fourth in line! CVS needs to better staff their stores! I went inside to pick up my prescription lady ring up my prescription also had another item she was having a hard time scanning that item so she said just pay for your prescription and we'll figure out how the barcode works on the other said no problem as she was fiddling with her computer I laid the money on the counter .The lady looked up at me and said next time put the money in my hand as rudely as possible really bad experience very rude I did not throw the money at her I just laid it down while she worked on her computer thinking that she was working on the scanner. They have hand written signs on the door that say "employees only". I understand the junkies and the thieves, but put a lock code keypad or a key lock that requires a customer to ask for the key. Then they can screen who uses the bathroom. Unfair to the honest sober people! My 67 year old lady that I care for had to go while waiting on a prescription and we were told by an employee that they were for employees only.
