I had to have CVS because the New Blue Cross from Obama Care-- I switch from Walgreen to CVS at 625 East Roosevelt Blvd Monroe NC 28112 --I have tried not only today to call them to speak with a pharmacist. I was put on hold the first time for at least 15 to 30 minutes they came back and picked up and hung up. Then I called again and they wouldn't pick up. I could understand if this is the only time but it has not been -- I decided to try and get in touch with someone about a customer compliant but they do not have a place on their website. Several days ago I tried to call because I thought maybe the other 3 or 4 times might have been at a bad time. I have called and all different times. I went to the store to complain and they said they have 8 lines into the pharmacy and only 2 or 3 people working -- not enough of them to do the job. I want to switch back to Walgreen but my insurance will not work. Can anyone help me with this -- I guess I could google it and hope every who answered is not lying and is telling the truth about medicine--(don't think so) is there anything...

I walk in to pick up 2 prescriptions after being at the oncologist all morning, I’m at the window at 1:30 and this young lady with no personality tells me they are closed for lunch, take in mind she’s ringing someone’s prescriptions up. I explain I have been at the Doctor all morning, she could have cared less, I tell her I’m moving my prescriptions to Walgreens, she could have cared less! I definitely lost my temper and I hate I did that. As I was leaving this elderly lady on a cane was going towards the pharmacy, I explain they are closed she dropped her head and says I drove all this distance and their closed! My question is can you not have someone to cover lunch brakes so that no one has to be so inconvenienced! They don’t have to worry about being an inconvenience to me ever...
Read moreTerrible service!!! First time I was waiting here for 1.30 until they figured out my prescription. Now I’m here for the refill that supposed to be ready s week ago and still not ready and the staff doesn't care at all. they told me to wait 30 min. and didn't even say sorry. I tried to talk to pharmacist, but no help she was rude, no apologies and no resolve. she just said you have to wait period I've never experienced such a terrible service they do not care about you at all and make you feel invisible. They did not even say sorry even though it was their mistake and they won't try to help to resolve the issue. If you have an option, choose another pharmacy. I'm switching to locally owned one. The medicine there is much cheaper. Moreover, this way I'm going to support small business not a big corporation who don't care...
