Bojangles — Restaurant in Monroe

Now listen up people let me tell you something if you want a good biscuit and you want good coffee go to the Bojangles by the hospital not the one up there by the mall by the hospital I’m telling you something good Service good food you can’t beat place to eat there in Monroe tell them Harold sent you It’s just like any other place. Check your bag before you pull off. Of course it can be slow at times when you don’t have enough help to help you pack the bags of course it will be slow but think about it this way at least your food is gonna taste good. Listen people they give it their best. It might be slow at times but sometimes this fast they really do a good job of getting you out of here but hey, you know how that is you sell so many biscuits you have to cook more and sometimes you have to wait. Wouldn’t you rather have a hot biscuit then a cold biscuit What you need to do is just allow yourself time to get there just in case you have to wait I don’t know why people try to put down the restaurant just because you cannot get out in time like you want to. They do the best that they can for the public and you all should give them more credit than what you do, those young black girls worked their self to death to try and serve you all and people don’t even give them recognition for what they do the same crew has been there for years. You may have a few new people, but they are friendly. They make you laugh in the morning times if you come in there with a attitude, even though somebody else could’ve made you man they’re just fun just give him a try and after you give them a try give a review and let them know that you’re thinking about

Oh, and one more thing, you want some good coffee get you the VIP coffee, senior citizen coffee only $.69 thought I pass that along...

I've been going to this store for many years now as it's close to where I work however theses past two visits have really bothered me. I always order my meal with either a medium or large cup of water and as most restaurants do they charge a small amount for the cup and I'm ok with that it's been a thing for years. My previous to last visit I asked for a medium cup of water as usual with my meal and when arriving at the pick up window I was handed a small kids cup of water. I thought no big deal they're probably busy until I got to work and noticed my receipt. These people charged me 2.49 for a kids cup of water. I didn't press it nor contact the store because I had a limited time for lunch. Today again I ordered a medium cup of water and once again they charged me 2.49 and tried to hand me a kids cup of water. I understand being busy and not wanting to fill up a cup with water but changing for something a lot more expensive for a kids cup of water is ridiculous. I asked them at the window if they had changed me for a full fountain drink and they stated no that they changed me for a water bottle. I asked them to give the bottle instead because if I'm paying for it I might as well get what I paid for. So please next time you visit this location check your receipt to make sure your getting charged for what you paid for. If this is a management change shame on you for being greedy over a cup of water. I expect 50¢ or some spare change but 2.49....

I traveled to Monroe, NC March 5th 2022 to pickup a wood planer with a friend. He had found a deal online and since I have a truck and lots of free time, away we went. After picking up the equipment and getting back on the road he decided to take us to Bojangles there. I was completely in awe of this location. The team worked together like a well oiled machine that kept the food coming and the drive-thru hopping. Everyone was polite, and we had a short wait time. We both got the new crispy chicken sandwiches (comparable to Popeye's) and I got mashed potatoes & gravy and he chose fries, and we both got Tea. Bojangles Tea is good if the recipe is followed! This tea was amazing (maybe I was a little parched, too). The sandwiches were hot, fresh & delicious. This location is now in my Top Five Bojangles location's for great food & service.
