First impressions matter. The two teen or early twenty year olds working today gave the impression that they would both rather be anywhere than working at Subway. More interested than their phones or customer service. No hello, no how can I help you today, no thank you come again. The first customer had to ask for her second drink cup. Then she let the employees know the diet fountain drinks were out and neither couldn’t care less. The second customer appeared to get what they asked for. The male employee stood in-front of me like he was waiting for me to make my own sandwiches. I told him what I wanted and he cut open the first loaf of bread like it was a paper he was attempting to rip up. When he only put pepperoni and salami on the Italian sub I asked if it did not also come with ham. After looking at a cheat sheet behind the counter he said no and moved on. Actually an Italian does come with ham just not by him. The Dr Pepper was also out and the employee was told. When asking for a drink holder the male employee pointed behind the counter like I was supposed to go back and get it. The female finally set her phone down to come give one out. Read moreI ordered through their app on my phone because I have a newborn sleeping. It was ordered through subway and delivered through DoorDash. When my order arrived I was missing my chips, drink and cookie. I reached out to subway as I ordered it through them, the first girl answered and had no clue what to do as I asked for a refund seeing I am unable to go pick up the item. She stated I should have gotten the chips and drink when I picked it up. I explained to her again I had used their app to order and it was delivered. At that point she was clueless and she went got a second girl on the phone. She was rude and stated all I could come pick them up but “I better have my receipt.” I explained to her I couldn’t as my baby was sleeping and that is why I had it delivered and just wanted a refund for the chips, drink and cookie. She said I can’t do that, that I can come get it and that’s it. So instead of helping a customer it’s basically a snooze you lose situation. I'm like girl are you serious I don't want my money back I want fresh product but you saying I can't get neither nah you done lost your mind.
