Stopped by here for lunch today, I was the only one there so I place my simple order, 4 fried wings and 2 egg rolls. Five minutes later I’m waiting for my order and 6 men walk in. I listen to them all place their orders. 10 minutes later I see the staff bringing orders out to the men. I’m Confused because they ordered wings and egg rolls too. I continue to wait. Another couple comes in to place their order and later a guy comes in as well. After the staff gives yet another person their order before me, I finally got up and asked why am I waiting so long as I glanced over at a full basket of cooked wings and egg rolls. The staff said, oh just a few more minutes, mind you I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. I asked for a refund and the lady just stares at me and says “ I’ll fix it in a minute. Very disappointing experience. The lady at the counter was unfriendly right from the start. We ordered the bourbon chicken and fried chicken wings. The wings were a letdown—only four pieces in the order. The bourbon chicken was even worse; it was drowning in a thick, syrupy gravy that tasted more like maple syrup than anything else. It looked more like chicken soup.

To make matters worse, when I asked for pork chopsticks and paper plates, she only gave me one at a time, even though it was clear there were multiple people sharing the food. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, treating us like we were a burden. Definitely not worth it. We won’t be...

Ordered my daughter a lunch special chicken Lo Mein & Pork fried rice. I paid almost $10 for a lil to go bowl & the Lo Mein was made of spaghetti noodles & my daughter did not like it. So I took it back & the young lady was RUDE & TOLD ME NO OTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAIN ABOUT THE “ Spaghetti noodles” they use or the chewy chicken. So she fixed me a small box of Chicken fried rice & put the bowl with our pork fried rice in the trash. The pork fried rice was the only thing that didn’t taste like 💩. Tell me how you’re selling Lo Mein with noodles like that & the vegetables taste bad along with that chewy chicken. Don’t waste ur money...
