My girlfriend and I were both regular customers here for many years. However, in recent months, there's been a noticeable change in the overall atmosphere of the place. A few baristas that I found to be always be brimming, with enthusiasm have disappeared, apparently some sort of "culture change" in which long-standing employees may or may not have been pushed out. Either way, that is a bummer that only reminds me if no-one else that at it's heart Starbucks is a international corporation concerned with nothing but profits. Every other customer may conveniently ignore this to enjoy their "caramel macchiato" that likely costs near as much as an employee earns in an hour. BOY, if you need any more proof about how Starbucks buried their original values in a deep, deep hole somewhere, they now have all but abandoned their cherished tradition of giving "pup-cups" to the friendly dogs of customers in the drive-thru window. Well, to be perfectly honest, they now give give larger dogs cups that my chinchilla would have difficulty getting her muzzle in. So they save, what maybe $0.03 to give my beloved Chocolate Labrador a treat so minute his taste buds aren't even sure it's there (and that's after he ever so delicately tries to place his into the the "cup"). A sham, a mirage, a shimmer in the desert. I doubt the teacup chihuahua behind me barely tasted more.
I know it's comical - it really is - but truly, you've reached the 9th circle of hell when you betray man's friend. Satan, Judas, and Walton brother's will keep...

The young lady who was behind the counter taking orders got us the sandwich and brownie (heated mind you) in a timely fashion, no issue there. Then we proceeded to wait for drink at end of counter already with sandwich and brownie given to us by same young lady . Two people who were behind us ordered like we did and had there drinks before us. I politely asked where our drink was as we were waiting. The guy (reason for me not returning) wearing the headset and glasses walked over to printer, ripped a tag out of the printer, splashed some Dagon fruit mix it a cup and slammed the ice into the cup. Very unpleasant experience to say the least. Never...
Read moreUsed to come here for years and after a more convenient location opened up I started going there but will be returning to my go-to Starbucks location when I have the time. The problem is there is bumper to bumper traffic sometimes getting there and then I have to loop around home or towards work so it’s not as convenient but definitely more reliable. The lobby is smaller than most stores around but there’s room to sit and work most of the time. I just wish the location was more convenient for me but I’ll just have to get my wife to pick up my drink here and there when I...
