I brought up a valid concern. No customer should have to change their order 3 times because staff is alone, not trained, she stated second day on the job, and verbally admitted to not knowing the recipes on their own menu. Ended up getting the easiest thing a watermelon Italian ice and the portion was not up to par for 8 dollars. Melted in 98 degree weather. I gave my opinion and not only did the management team meet me with a really rude screen shot of something they posted (they wouldn't show me where they posted it) trying to say my review was fake but they didn't acknowledge at all the actual issue, having someone by themselves, new, untrained, and as a result lacking in customer service experience. All I did was ask them to do better next time. Had they of handled it better, sent a more professional email from the email that they told me to me email and not from someone randoms iPhone, I would have changed my review, would have told my friends to come, would have given it another chance. That's just sad. Stop trying to blast me on social media by making fun of me and being rude, stop using a different email to email me it’s super unprofessional. Pics attached.

I didn’t spam call you and a screen shot has been attached. I called once and was told you as an owner would call me back and I never got a call back. I emailed twice and in my first review you left the email for me to email. The response I got back from you was that you escalated it and blasted me on social media which is why I’m responding the way I am. I was never rude in my first post, and it said someone on your team flagged it and took it down so I want to stand by my statement and defend myself since you have been so aggressively rude to me.
