Arby's — Restaurant in Monroeville

My party and I stopped into this location about 30 minutes before closing and we're immediately greeted with the rude and obnoxious closing crew working it. The staff cleaning obviously annoyed that they have to do their job up until the store closes.

"We're going to need more fries!" The one crew member exclaims.

"Huh? Oh god, I'm going to kill myself!" Says another from the back, as she peeks at our party from behind the wall.

Cashier throws his hands in the air as another customer pulls into the drive thru.

We were in and out by 9:45. Plenty of time in and out to fill and order without the attitude we received. If the closing shift can't fufill an order in a timely manner and still clean for their closing shift then they need not to be working for food service, or retail for that matter.

And to top it off the fries weren't even fresh.

This is a updated review 11/15/23. I went here ask for a large Gyro meal. Got my drink and guy hands me what he says is a large drink. This large drink looks like a small! Covid really has business charging large prices with medium size cups. This is ridiculous! I’ve give a zero star if I could! Now I am definitely not coming back! The people who are working there now are ok now as of 11/15/23 but the prices are ridiculous! And the size of the large drink is not a large at all! Nothing about this place is ok. Its dirty. The people dont wear gloves or wash thier hands. The staff is lazy and incompetent. Orders are always wrong/cold/missing items. The manager dont care at all. The staff here is the exact reason why most people say that most fast food employees are not worth more than $10 an hour. I have given them a few tries and will not spend a penny here in the future. I seriously hope the place closes down. When im spending as much here for a meal as i am at Texas roadhouse I expect the same service. They also argue with you and get mad when you tell them that something is missing or something is cold/old. There is so much more to say but im goimg to...
