Atmosphere and selection: 11/10 for glass pieces and other medical marijuana accessories! The store is insanely clean. Like, I’d eat off the floor if you asked me to. The lighting is bright and welcoming without being overwhelming, and they have beautiful glass display cases. You feel like you just walked into a luxury store, but without luxury prices and snobby people. The employees have always been extremely nice people, and I like that they ID everybody as soon as they enter. I’m glad they’re being responsible and making sure they never sell to kids. My friend was asked to step out once because she had forgotten her ID, which I actually appreciate. They really understand that their products are for adults, which makes me really respect them, especially with so many teens somehow getting vape products from cough cough other stores cough. I’ve made several purchases here. As for glass pieces, their glass selection is honestly larger than Head Of The Glass, so stop here before you go all the way to the city and fight for street parking. You’ll spend less, too, which is always a bonus.

Vaping: Sadly, their typical vaping selection seems to have minimized like crazy. I thought I was buying two 120ml bottles (I got the kind that comes with the juice inside of a big child proof bottle) and ended up with two 60ml bottles. There were only a few non-SaltNic options compared to some other stores, but hey, its a glass emporium, not your run of the mill vape shop. I’ve also been unable to purchase my T12 Prince mesh coils here, but again, you go here for the glass and the employees.

Staff: When I say the staff here is awesome, I mean it. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted with a smile. I had a great experience with Desiree the other day, and the manager here has always been extremely pleasant. When you’re there, you know they really care about meeting your needs. Other stores tend to have that feeling that the staff just wants you to leave so they can go back to doing whatever. Not here. Honestly, it’s more like talking to a cool friend than talking to a sales person. So, if you’re an anxious person and you can’t stand the awkward moments at other stores or the typical pushy sales person, just come here. I have horrible anxiety, and it’s never been a problem for me to visit here. They’ll always come out from behind the counters to stand near you and help you. Again, way more like a friend than a sales person. I really value that.

CBD: I personally don’t use CBD products, but if I did, I’d be in here every other day. Seriously. They’ve got an entire wall completely covered with any and all things CBD. Bath bombs? Yep. Cartridges? Yep! Candy? You got it. They literally have it all. Please don’t buy the sketchy CBD you can find at a gas station. Just go to this store. They know what they’re talking about, too, so if you have question, you’ll have answers.

Extras: The store has a really good rewards system that’s easy to use. You know how most stores make YOU responsible for keeping track of points and asking to use them? Not here. Last time I visited, Desiree told me I had $5 off! I literally had no idea, and it was a really fun surprise. They also have little boxes of clearance items which is super cool. I feel like most stores tend to throw their “nobody wants these anyway” produces on clearance, but you can find some good stuff here. They’ve also got some foreign snacks, so if you’re craving a flavor of chip that you can’t get anywhere else, go...

This is the worst place to buy anything. The employees do absolutely nothing but sit on there LAZY buts and do absolutely nothing. They all talk down to you like they know everything and you know nothing. Also they will lie to you and tell you anything to sell you something. The employees were nothing but rude and disrespectful when i tried to return an item that was bought less than a month ago and completely stopped working on its own. I did not drop or mishandle the unit and it just stopped working. The ignorant manager started swearing at me and telling me that SHE WAS CALLING THE COPS BECAUSE I HAD A USED ITEM IN THE STORE BUT WHAT I WAS RETURNING WAS THE UNIT WITHOUT THE PARTS AND PEICES THAT TOUCHED ANY CONCENTRATE SO THAT MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. THEN SHE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND STARTED DIALING. They convinced me to buy the faulty unit instead of one that i had researched and wanted to buy. But telling me how great it was. Yeah right 200 dollars spent on something that only worked for 26 days and what makes it worse is i didnt even use it half those days. NO WONDER ALL 12 TIMES I WENT THERE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THERE TRUST ME GO TO SOUTH SIDE TO THE HEADIE GALLERY IT IS WAY WAY BETTER MUCH MORE TO CHOSE FROM IN EVERY WAY AND THE GLASS THERE IS SO MUCH NICER THAN ANY OF THE CHEAP GARBAGE GLASS PEICES THAT YOU WILL FIND IN MONROEVILLE THIS STORE IS FOR LESS THAN AMATEURS I WILL NEVER GO...

I went in there to buy a pipe and the employee talked me out of the one I wanted to buy and told me that this other one that cost $40 was a glow in the dark pipe and I asked him if it just was with a black light and he said no so I went ahead and bought it. 1. It DOES NOT glow in the dark, it does only work with a black light so he LIED! 2. I NEVER used it and went right back there and tried to exchange it for the pipe I ACTUALLY wanted. When I told him that it does not glow in the dark like he said it did he tried LYING AGAIN and saying he never said that. They are basically con artist that will say anything to get you to buy something that costs more money than what you originally wanted to buy and then lie again when you call them out on their lies. His solution to the problem was trying to trade it with a friend. $40 wasted, never going back...
