KFC — Restaurant in Monroeville

After receiving our order from the drive thru we were on our way home checking the order and discovered we were short 2 coleslaw and 1 Mac and cheese and 3 cookies. We returned to the KFC waited in the drive thru again and explained to the girl taking the orders our situation. After explaining our problem at which point the girl inside said ARE YOU SURE YOU DIDN'T EAT IT referring to the missing items, my wife said are you serious and again the girl mocked us replying YES IM SERIOUS then there was a lot of laughing from more than just her. The condition continued when we got to the window. I confronted the girl who was wearing the headset who called the manager I talked to the manager named Malaick who at first was very kind until we asked for the girls name, his response was we don't give out employees names it's corporate policy. We received our missing items minus the cookies, when we brought this to the managers attention his response was we don't have any cookies. By the time we got home our food was cold. Who can hate chicken? Has been awhile since I had KFC BUT it was exactly as I remembered. That's a good thing. I mean I expect certain quality when I go to a restaurant and thank goodness you can expect that the Colonel's chicken still tastes the same. I like that the menu has grown slightly but is still not overwhelming. I also appreciate the drive thru option. My service was fine just a bit long. Not sure if the wait was due to fresh food being made or if it was possibly in store lunch rush. The team member was courtious and did apologize for my wait. Kudos for the appropriate amount of sauces and napkins for my order without the need of asking for them. I wish I could tell the world how great your customer service is. The food was delicious and surprisingly fresh. I’m impressed with ur service, keep it going please. The world needs great employers like u that train their staff properly. If management has it together then the staff will as well. It’s all ab servicing ur customer swiftly and accurately and boy, u guys mastered it! The food was perfect, did I say that already? Somebody pinch me? Amazin’ thanks!
