Both times. We had to order around 8:50pm a last week and 9:10pm tuesday night. I ordered my house favorite (basically hawaiin). The worker answered in a low quite voice and barely spoke. Read moreTerrible experience. I ordered from here tonight after they got my order wrong last time, and i tried to order one of their 'specialty' pizzas, a colossal mac n cheese pizza. When i got it, it was undercooked, chewy, and nearly as thin as the cardboard the box was made from. Not only that, but it barely had any cheese on it at all and the way it was cut was more reminiscent of the pattern of on a stained glass window than a pizza. I called the place to let them know what happened, and i spoke with the same person who i placed the order with. She told me nothing was wrong with it, and that she made the pizza personally. When i tried to interject she hung up on me. I called her back and she gave the phone to the guy who delivered the pizza, who said his name was Clay. He gave the excuse that the food service industry is incredibly understaffed, and said that the few employees that are there are incredibly skilled. His exact words were "on one hand i wanna make you happy because youre the customer, but on the otjer hand all pizzas are given a two-step quality check before being sent out. Eventually i got him to agree to at least a partial refund, claiming it was a sign of good faith, but honestly i think it was just to get me off the phones. I wound up eating a few slices of the pizza anyway because i didnt get my money back, and my jaw is actually physically sore from how tough it...

Had some people over and placed an order for a large pizza and a stromboli. 2 couples left suddenly, so called not 2 minutes later, ask to cancel the large pizza. Told it will be under the minimum for delivery, so ask instead of cancelling, change it to a small pizza. Given a total. Apparently only charged for and delivered a small pizza. Asked the delivery guy if he had the stromboli as well, says no, i explain what happened (being extreeemely polite and understanding) and he says "we never mess up like this, did you just move here?" I've lived in this apartment for 2 years, but What would that matter?? Try to call back and explain, intending to order stromboli anyway, only to have them argue and tell me i asked to switch the stromboli for a small. No, I did not. I wanted to switch the LARGE PIZZA for a SMALL PIZZA. Simple. Arguing with and demeaning your customers is a sh*tty business model. First and only time i'll ever order from this place, there are plenty of pizza places in the area that will get my order right in the first place, or at least not be jerks when I call back to re-order the thing they missed 👿
