Good deal for cheap filling food. Not authentic Italian by any means, but it's fine. This is a pretty well kept Olive Garden. Nice employees, although we did have to wait a while to get the waitress's attention. Got the minestrone soup, calamari, chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, Sicilian cheesecake, and zeppole with chocolate dipping sauce. Bread sticks where semi warm and salty. A bit hard, too. Calamari was not properly crispy and the sauces were mediocre. I've had better calamari at many other locations. I really enjoyed the minestrone, though. Lots of vegetables, beans, and even some noodles, too. It's unlimited savings if you order an entree. The soups are all quite salty so keep that in mind. My shrimp scampi was decent. Nothing outstanding but not bad. Had a fair amount of vegetables, too little garlic, but large shrimp. The chicken Alfredo portion was far larger than the shrimp scampi. It was quite plain, buttery, and the sauce was not well mixed. The chicken tasted like it came out of a frozen package. Don't know why people praise this dish. Finally, the desserts were the saving grace. I thoroughly enjoyed the Sicilian cheesecake with strawberries. It was a bit airy and had a whipped consistency. Not too sweet either. The zeppoles came in a large portion with a chocolate sauce. They were still warm, had lots of powdered sugar, and had a fantastic flavor+texture. Good portion too (8). Still, they are overpriced for fried dough. I've had their Tiramisu before, too, and it wasn't stellar but not bad. Most of the food here is forgettable.

I’ve been to Olive Garden before and I’ve been disappointed everytime except for twice. This time was a win!!! They say your eyes eat first and here I wasn’t disappointed with the decor, looks a little out dated but nothing too crazy. I don’t know what happened but this food tasted like it was the first of the month and yall had BILLS to pay. All the compliments to the chef because I was speechless eating this food. I ate in complete silence. I wanted to eat more but I’ve been on a little weight loss journey so your girl could only manage two plates but boy was I happy. I came in for the bottomless pasta and I really had low expectations, I have never been so glad to eat my words LITERALLY. My waitress was nice too. The food was so good I forgot about the bread sticks but they came out. That Alfredo was amazing. This is what people mean when they say Olive Garden is good. For sure I will be back, I’ve been thinking about that Alfredo since and I haven’t stopped. $15.99 is killer for soup, breadsticks and pretty much any pasta you want. I also love those little mints they give you. Really looking forward to my next visit. 🫒🤤😋

What’s for lunch? (Sunday~March 15, 2020) Soup & salad!! Plus, a bottle of Pink Muscato that my husband & I shared!! Yum Yum!! 😋 Meal specs: Zuppa Toscana Soup! It comes with spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth!!! You can tell that there is sausage in the soup. The potatoes were cooked properly. Not hard & not mushy. Pretty much perfect! I love kale & would love to have more if it in the soup. It has some in it. Not a bunch. The broth is tasty!!🍵 The salad was good. They didn’t put a lot in the bowl for us to share. But, it was enough since my husband didn’t need a second. 🥗 They put freshly grated cheese over both the soup & salad if preferred! Drink specs: It was sweet enough for me but not too sweet for my husband! Bon appétit!!! 🥄👍🏼 Pictures📸

Ugh! This use to be our go to place as a family&for birthdays/gatherings.(so we'd visit probably on average 10 times a year)However the last 2-3 visits over the past 8 mths has been more than disappointing. The food has been mediocre at best, the kitchen & waitressing has gone down hill significantly. During our last visit in Sept,we sat down &ordered 3 meals. 2 adult & 1 childs. After placing our order 4 other tables were seated, one being a table of 6. They were all served BEFORE US!!! What? How? My husband & I ordered the pasta meals that you can take one home w/you. A special they have once in awhile,it was the first time we've ordered this. His meal was cold & mine had a unpleasant taste. Husband picked through his pasta & after I took two bites,I pushed my plate away. So thankful the salad was edible & had my fill on that. We had to ask 3 different times, for a refill on our iced teas before we actually got it.(but not from our actual waitress) Our son(8) ordered his meal & said it was OKAY..didn't finish all of it though. They never came around & asked how everything was,we had to motion for the employee to come to us, and tell them. It was then and only then the waitress came back & to our table,we asked for the manager. What a UNPLEASANT GRUMP!!!!! He was very snarky & offered a dessert and a discount. My husband got ordered a slice of Cheesecake & our son a scoop of Ice Cream. It took 15 mins.for the waitress to come back. She only brought ice cream. We asked for a spoon, that was another 10 min wait,&having to ask a 2nd time. Seriously,no kidding.Ice cream now milkshake. We waited to see if she would bring out the cheesecake. We waited & waited& WAITED! Husband was fuming! After our son finished,we asked for the manager AGAIN! We told him how long we had to wait for the ice cream/spoon & that the cheesecake never made it. The manger was very rude, it only got worse when I had mentioned that,we still hadn't even got our two -to go meals yet. He started to sweat & get very argumentative. Very embarrassing to say the least. It was almost as he was blaming US for all the faults. He kept LOUDLY stating to my husband(while following behind my husband,as he attempted to walk toward the exit) "Sir,sir if this is just about a slice of Cheesecake,I can have them get you a slice to go. He said this 2-3 times, loudly for half the restaurant to hear. My husband continued for the door & said,"No thanks you keep it". The 6ft+ large man was sweating so bad I thought he was going to pass out. I was a little concerned actually. My husband kept walking w/our son, but I turned & said,"its NOT about the cheesecake sir,& we don't want it. It's about the all of it". The service was awful. The food was not edible. It was about the waitress never doing her job correctly,it was about waiting on you to address the problems. It was about having to wait "forever",for everything while other tables were waited on served and finished their meals, before we even got our meals served.I said to him that they never even brought out the two-to go meals that was included. He said; "I can have them package it up real quick for you,it's no problem". I politely stated," that's okay we can't wait another 20 minutes, we've been here long enough,so please don't worry about it". We arrived at 7pm and spent over 2 hours there.

There's more but not enough room to...

Very poor service. The restaurant was not very busy at the front door, however there were a few families waiting to be seated. I was ignored by the greeters for more than a several minutes before she addressed me with how many, not hello or hi, how may I help you. I said just one and I'll sit in the bar area. She handed me a menu and waved me on and said you can sit over there if there are seats available. I thought to my self, what if all the tables are taken, do I go back and fight my way to the front of her line to report that are no seats available in that area? Only one table remained, great! Ok, it's going to be smooth sailing from here, waitress complemented my beautiful facial features and almost insists that I order a drink, when I said no alcoholic beverage she said sorry, I guessed for her instance. I also didn't think twice about it, after all I was sitting in the bar area. After ordering I made myself comfortable, watching TV, checking out the other patrons and admiring the decorations, not making note of the time, just the TV segments. A nice looking young couple seat themselves at one of the bistro tables, chatting with one another waited about 10 minutes before a waitress showed up, took their order and continued chatting. Not long after about 8 minutes their soup and bread sticks arrived at the table with a few pleasant words and offers of additional service when needed. I had not seen my waitress since putting in my order and was unable to find her with my eyes rushing around in the vicinity of the bar area. Another 10 minutes go by, I start rationalizing why it's taking soo long, maybe she forgot because she has soo many tables or maybe she went on break. I begin to consider leaving, get fidgety, wait some more, approximately another 12 minutes. She appears with a bowel of cold soup. I ask why it took soo long? She said, it was my fault, I didn't have a server, it's my fault. Because I didn't understand the answer, I asked to see the manager. He came over I told him my story, he said there was no excuse, asked if I had food cooking and there wouldn't be anymore issues and walked away. I reached for the napkin and there was none and no utensils for the meal I had ordered and of course my waitress had disappeared again. I did see the manager leaning against the wall laughing talking and smiling in my direction. I had enough for ever. No more of my...

I went to OG in Monroeville, Pa this week. The food was tasty but the service was terrible. My waiter asked for my drink order and gave my menus. He returned with my drink order and I ordered my dinner. A few minutes later, my salad arrived and then he darted away. I looked down and he never gave me my breadsticks (nor an explanation about my breadsticks). Also I had no napkin and utensils. I looked around and he was already out of my line of sight. So I had to get the attention of another wait staff to get silverware so I could eat my salad. I saw my waiter when he walked past me on the way to check on another table to see how their meal was. When he was about to walk past me after checking on them, I had to wave to get his attention (his eyes were straight ahead). I asked about my breadsticks. "Oh, they're in the oven" he said. I am about half way done with my salad by this time. I prefer to eat my breadsticks with my salad and that's the way it's always been. Sald and breadsticks together to start, then your meal comes after, right? I look up after a while and see tables getting their salads with breadsticks while I still hadn't received mine. After a minute or two, here comes my dinner along with my breadsticks. My dinner was very good as were the breadsticks but my salad was just about done. After that, he never checked on me, never asked if I needed a refill, nothing. Walked past me several times with eyes straight ahead mind you. I was just about finished with my meal and I saw that my table kiosk was turned off. Here comes my waiter from behind me, he never paused and didn't say a word, with one fail swoop snatched the kiosk off my table. A couple minutes later I was trying to pay with my kiosk and my card wasn't working. He appeared and helped it to go through, which was nice of him I'll admit. I thanked him and I guess he was trying to pour on the charm and asked me if I would answer the survey questions after I finished paying my bill. He gave me eye contact and a smile at that point. I guess he was expecting a tip so I gave him one. Enough to by a can of soda on a hot day. ( I always tip well when I get good service. Even if the service isn't perfect, I still do. This was very far from perfect. He clearly didn't care about me maybe because I was alone or not some young hot woman. He...
