I had not bought a mattress in my adult life, so this process was new to me. Symone was was low-stress, low-pressure sales person (and apparently has the same wacky sense of humor as me,) all of which made the shopping process go smoothly. Where I hit a hiccup was delivery and set up. On 11/8, I bought a mattress, base, and headboard bracket because, as I understood it in store, I could attach my current headboard to this new base using the bracket... but that the delivery team was not responsible for that attaching the *headboard.* Upon delivery, which I scheduled for 11/18, I heard one of the installers say: "Uh oh... miss, can you come in here?" The delivery team told me that the wrong bracket had been sent: the gentlemen told me that the model of the base I purchased was one generation back, and the bracket was for the newest model, and "that this has been happening lately." He told me to call the store and arrange an exchange. I didn't think it was a big deal in the grand scheme of things, especially with current supply chain issues. When I called the store to inquire about the bracket on 11/20, Ron, a different employee in the store, kindly called around to area stores to see if they had the correct model, and said he would be ordered from the warehouse. When Symone called me back a few days later to say the new bracket had arrived, she offered to set up delivery - which would require me waiting around for a 2 hour window that I wouldn't know until the night before. Being busy with work, I said I'd rather just pick it up. When she called to say it was in on 11/23, I drove over, and as I got into the parking lot, Symone called again to say she had read the fine print on the bracket, and that the warehouse had sent the wrong bracket, again. Fast forward to 12/1, when I take my *original* bracket back to the store, because Symone has called to say the correct bracket is in, that she had the warehouse delivery driver double check that it was the correct bracket for my base. Because, as she pointed out "I don't want to put you through this again, and we're wasting company money with these incorrect deliveries." She compared the item numbers on her box to the one I brought in: according to her, I've had the correct bracket all along. She claims that sometimes the installers don't want to take the time to attach the bracket so they find an excuse to get out of it. "Wait, I thought they weren't supposed to install the bracket OR the headboard?" Symone explained if the item is a Mattress Firm product, which the bracket IS, they are to set up with the delivery I had... the only responsibility I had was to attach my headboard to it. In retrospect, now I see why the store wanted to deliver it to me! She advised to me search YouTube for the video "Heads up adjustable base." I found a video, as she predicted, featuring an installer. It was thorough and made me think that I could attach it myself . . . but the base has to be flipped over in order to attach the bracket. Symone told me I had to elevate the head all of the way up.... that doesn't help when the two feet of the bed have to be unscrewed to attach the bracket. Since discovering this today, 12/2, I'll be calling the store tomorrow for more guidance. Despite this set back, they have been easy to contact and talk with. When I was in the store the day of purchase, I overheard Symone trouble shooting with a customer over the phone in her jovial and patient way. I have confidence that this will be resolved, and I don't hesitate to recommend the store or their products. Even without the headboard, I've been sleeping more comfortable than I have in ages! The ability to elevate my head also helps me with migraine headaches and acid reflux.

My family and I got to mattress firm and we’re pleasantly greeted by Mike, the sales representative in Monroeville. He introduced himself, got to know us a bit and asked us our budget. We spent about 30-45 minutes trying out the mattresses to find the best fit for our preferences. We have two young boys who were having a blast going from bed to bed having fun that would have otherwise disturbed anyone else. We apologized to him repeatedly for it and he was more than understanding and accommodating!! Once we found the mattress we liked he gave us options of different bed bases. He was very patient and took his time explaining what we would be getting with what we were paying. Once we chose a base and mattress. We were given multiple options for payment and explained the warranty that came with it and the additional warranty in case we wanted it for our selection. At checkout: The progressive leasing option was the quickest, most convenient option for us that he explained in full detail & we decided that way the best option for us. He set up our delivery for us & we have been anticipating our bed ever since we signed and scheduled the delivery for it !

We highly recommend going to Mike at Mattress Firm in Monroeville for any mattress needs you may have ! -He’s very knowledgeable in the products they sell. He will give you different options for your budget . -He is kind and patient if you have children during this process. -He works with you on the price.

This is an update to my recent mattress purchase. I have a power base and was concerned about the bulge that forms when the mattress is raised and that remains when the bed is elevated. I called the store because I wasn't sure about whether the bulge might be a defect. They proactively offered to replace the mattress immediately at no charge for delivery, pick-up, or return fee. I told them I would wait a few days to double-check if the bulge disappears when lowered and it does. I called the store again to let them know all is well with the mattress and to particularly compliment them on the exemplary customer service. The sales representative, in particular, went over and above to ensure I am satisfied. The mattress is exceedingly comfortable after two weeks. In fact, it was very comfortable after just 1 night! No break-in time required. It's at a terrific price point as well and I benefited from a July mattress sale.

Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful, if a little aggressive. Nothing negative, however. Just doing her job. The local location had exactly the mattress I wanted and it turned out be one of the one’s recommended for me. How...
