Absolutely love Jared of Monroeville! The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. My now husband bought my engagement and wedding band at this location this past year. We also bought his band there. It was a great experience from the day he walked into the store. I’ve been there numerous times to get my rings cleaned and everyone is always so helpful. He recently bought me a diamond bracelet for my 50th birthday. I had so many issues with it, from the bracelet breaking to it being too big. The staff was so wonderful and patient with me while it took SEVEN visits to Jared to finally get it resolved. I couldn’t be happier with the final result! We will never go anywhere else for jewelry! Sandy and Veronica and Lila were so great to work with! They were so helpful and accommodating. I think Veronica was just as excited as I was when the bracelet finally fit right! First and LAST time we will ever step foot in this Monroeville store. There were PLENTY of employees who were NOT busy, but only one nice gentleman employee (who was already with a customer I might add) bothered to acknowledge our existence in this store. Yes I'm sorry my bf and I didn't show up in designer clothes( he was in work clothes and I was in a camo hoodie ,beanie hat, and leggings because i was cold) and my purse was a MultiSac not LV or Kate Spade (which is far from my taste btw). Look, I've worked 20+ yrs in customer service, everything from bottom of the pole to the top of management ...and this is NOT how u treat potential customers. THIS STORE NEEDS TO QUIT STEROTYPING PEOPLE WHO WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS BASED ON THEIR APPEARANCE !!! I can promise you that these two people right here ( my bf and I)are far from bums. We work just as hard. We had money to spend...now unfortunately it won't be in your store. Hope the employees enjoyed missing out on a decent commission. Had the best experience purchasing my wedding band at Jared! Angela welcomed us warmly making us feel important asking about what we were looking for and starting our experience off so special. Angela had to handle business over the phone, so she politely introduced us to Veronica and she just exceeded our expectation! Veronica was honest, patient, and caring. She actually listened to what I liked and what my fiance liked and ended up picking out the one I ended up falling in love with and purchased! Before purchasing it, she wanted us to be 100% about it so she cleaned AND buffed my engagement ring, the wedding band, and my fiancé’s ring shining them all up! It felt like both Veronica and Angela genuinely cared about that we were happy with our purchase and never felt pressured into anything and they presented honest assistance in a big purchase like this!
