This is the third time I have been there within the last week. Every time Ive been shorted minimum of 1 item. today wouldve been 7 items if I wouldn't have spoke up and gotten my 4 tacos and egg rolls that i y had to argue about those not being in the bag all while i was still there in the drive thru. I get home and they forgot 2 orders of the curly fries. Not only had the young ignorante worker insulted me from the get go by telling me my card did not go thru. I said there is no way I just came here last night and used my card. Okay what did the receipts say was it insufficient funds, wrong PIN? why was it declined? or wasn't denied? which of the two & she couldn't tell me and told me that it's just not going to take my card. I said okay go ahead and swipe it again. She replied if you want to get down and come inside amd try swiping it inside yourself. WOW. I said no I came to the drive-thru for a reason. YOU can go swipe my card and let me know and of course it went through. So that was the start of it and then all of the nonsense on having a fight for what I paid for to getting home and realizing I didn't have my fries and this was the third time in the last week . the other two times I never complained or said anything. Anyways when I went back the girl in the Drive-Thru was very kind and gave me a large order of fries instead of a small on one. I wish everybody was as polite and friendly and had the customer service skills...

Just from how busy the employees were. Not to mention I walked over to the restroom with a puddle of water on the hallway just to wash my hands and enjoy my food. However the doors were locked. So I figured maybe you'll have to get buzzed in or keyd. BUT THE restrooms were down. So I walked over to the hand sanitizer station and guess what there was none. When I got to the window the manager working quickly opened it, said “park at spot 1” and then closed it immediately and went back to doing stuff on the order screen. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for condiments or anything so I waited a second to get her attention to make sure I could get some ketchup. She rolled her eyes at me and brushed me off towards the waiting spot. The sever lack of customer service skills is concerning for someone in a management role.
