Los Chiles Locos — Restaurant in Monrovia

From the first time I visited "Los Chiles Locos" I knew I was in for the long haul. I was greeted with a super friendly gentleman that happily took my order. By my third visit I asked if I could get my order with a few special additions and they gladly obliged. Nowadays I have a hard time not going to "Los Chiles Locos: because i want to try out their "cuban torta" all the time. the only downside to visiting "Los Chiles Locos" is going to be my increasing weight. Not good. Barely edible. The chicken was so dry, I almost choked and had to cover it in green chili sauce (that also wasn't great). Might have been chunk chicken from the can. Gross. The Asada was not any Asada I have ever had. It was weird brown meat with no flavor. The fish taco was the best, but had no flavor.

I am from out of town and hoped for a great experience, but the good reviews must be from friends. Taco Bell is down the street,...

Love and are seriously addicted to the Victoria tostada's at $1 apiece...You gotta get you some...Fried crisp corn tortilla (street taco size)with beans,a few tasty pieces of pork meat,lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese...The red salsa is my favorite(spicy hot) but the green salsa is fantastic too...I can eat 4 of them...(ok,on a good day,maybe 5!) But they are addicting,so...
