Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Monrovia

This Blaze has a terrible management I'm stuff I was told that my sandwich will be ready at 5:59 p.m. so I got inside at 6 they told me that working on it and then there's only one person playing slowly with this sandwich and two people chatting on the corner and two other guys came from outside bringing some drinks and other chicken and fried things and is nobody working on my sandwich I want to ask them that what happened they say my sandwiches do on 6:30 well how can it be I'm here since 5:59 in front of you why would you by any chance if you have logic and there's no one else in the restaurant except me you will make me wait till 6:30? To prepare sandwich? Like how does the system work and these people's brains? This is really terrible I got out without getting my sandwich and I will never go there anymore ridiculous place so unprofessional and there's nobody taking care of the customer there at least like saying sorry or...

TL:DR For a store with lots of employees and not a lot of customers, the lobby was incredibly dirty.

A spilled soda laid right in the path to the kitchen, right in the area where people order and two employees saw it and just ignored it. No wet floor sign or urgency to clean up a spill in a high traffic area.

It seems every time we come into this Jersey Mikes there’s an issue with the order. Something usually has to get remade or taken off because they’re not really focused on making the sandwich and are prioritizing peer to peer conversations instead.

The food is good but can you mess up a sandwich? I will not go back to that location ever again. There are many other better sandwich places to choose from. I called ahead of time to place a lunch order for work. At 10:10am a man finally answers the phone, I assume they were busy by the rude undertone that spoke to me, I told them I wanted to place a business lunch order..... then the phone went dead.
