I ordered a hotshot Italian and I asked for it basically plain and dry, keep in mind I order from the app. I go and get it I don’t eat it yet bc I’m at work , so I get on break finally and I open it up ready to enjoy and tell me why there is ONIONS, TOMATOES, LETTUCE,AND JALAPEÑOS AND THAT WEIRD VINAIGRETTE SAUCE ?!!?! I’m mad !!! Do they not follow the online orders correctly???? So I had to take everything off🤦🏻‍♀️👎🏼 plus once I saw it like that I called TWO TIMES AND NO ANSWER WHAT KIND OF ESTABLISHMENT DOESNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND IK HE AINT BUSY CUZ SUBWAY NEVER BUSY.

Ordered a cold cut sandwich. Price advertised was less than price charged. (Before taxes $6.79 advertised on menu board in store, $6.99 charged)

Only by twenty cents, however they also don’t seem to honor advertised specials in their store or store windows when asked.

Concerned about the honesty of this...

The women there are lazy as hell, no chips out, no bread, no cheese, came back following day to give it a chance while the ladies were in the back gossiping and laughing and he gentleman at counter struggled to keep up with service, they left him with no bread or anything I feel...
