Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Montclair

I've been coming to this Alberto's for many years. I like the food, but the service has gotten awful. I stopped at Alberto's on a Friday around 2pm & the cashier was overcharging us for our order. When we asked why the total amount was so high, she became defensive, aggressive, & incredibly rude. She claimed she didn't have to explain anything, that if we didn't like it we should go eat somewhere else. She obviously doesn't have the manners or people skills to be a decent cashier. I didn't get her name, but she's the skinny young woman w/the attitude problem & both arms covered in tattoos above her elbows (btw I'm simply describing that vulgar cashier, I have absolutely nothing...

Went today and order 2 orders of Nachos @$12.99 each, 1 #5 @ $8.99, 1 sope combo @ potato taco and 2 carne street tacos. We were charged $72.81. When I got to the window the worker claimed not to speak or understand English. I do not speak Spanish. He was polite and said “Sorry” but the language was off so we couldn’t communicate. pretty inconsistent with their recipes, I got the carne asada burrito a few times, and every time it had something different in it. is not bad tho, but I would like to know in advance what my burrito is going to have inside. sometimes it has only cilantro and onions, sometimes just pico de gallo, sometimes it has guacamole, and some other times it has only a ton of onions. customer services is really bad.
