Hi, I'm sure this will be inundated with the rest of the complaints that others probably have put. But I still think it's worth being said.
The tl;dr is at the bottom. If you don't want to read my complaints about the store, I understand.
For some background information, I used to work in a Little Caesars, to be specific, I used to work at 602 W. Holt Blvd., Ontario. And worked there for a little under a year. While my store wasn't perfect, I have found this particular store always having internal problems at least from what I have noticed, and thought I'd let you know, dear customer.
This store, for some reason has time and time again been unsatisfying in comparison to the other little Caesars in the surrounding area.
The store always has had pleasant but very demotivated staff. I don't blame them, the pay isn't something I'd be enthusiastic about either. Every time I enter, they are always behind on orders and are never prepared with their pizza on time, their pizza is always lazily cut and the place is always severely understaffed.
I would love to go into much further detail about it all, with how they are ignoring certain procedures, but I feel like at that point, it would all be seen as cherry picking, and I don't blame people who say so.
You probably won't read this, and this is written with the idea that it won't be read, but I thought I'd write it anyways because I used to work at this company, and it annoys me that this specific store seems to underperform in comparison to every little Caesars around it.
TL;DR: The service is so extremely lackluster, the pizza is not made correctly, and is badly cut. It underperforms in comparison to every other Little Caesars in the area, at least in my opinion. Go to another one.

Read moreThe manager has no idea how to run this place. Everytime I come there is only one cashier. No pizzas in the warmers, no bread prepared and the sign says hot and ready from 4 to 8 pm and nothing is done. Asked for the manager got some young kids wearing shorts chewing gum and had a watch on. When I asked why there is only one cashier and you have 4 people in the back but no pizzas and your on the your cell phone and chit chatting with another female employee while your cashier is asking for help and times all he could say if I didn't like the service I could go somewhere else. I have been a food service for over 20 years and have run restaurants from a Carl's Jr to a 5 star restaurant and have never heard a manager talk to customer like that. If one of my managers would have spoken to a customer like that and act the way he did, he or she would have been looking for a new job the next day. Something needs to be done...
Read moreThis LCP venue never ceases to amaze me. I phoned and order in at 8:31 PM on 06/11/16. Was told 20-25 mins for pick up... Arrived at 8:55 PM to pay... Ended up waiting until 9:20 PM for my Pizza. For a company that states there is a satisfaction guarantee... The evening manger did not to rectify how long it took them to make my order or try to help me to leave satisfied. In fact, my order was not made until I arrived. Instead I was given the generic 1-800-7-CAESAR number... Which, of course was closed!!! Looks like this franchisee's commitment is to profit and must train their managers to give "sorry" speech instead of taking care of the customer. It's ok, I see that profitability and convenance is their motto. The LCP deserves NO STARS, but GOOGLE...
