Panda Express — Restaurant in Montclair

The food at this location was a little above your average Panda Express, although the turnover was a little low. The service was very friendly and the ambience from what I could tell since I did not eat there looked great and everything was clean, neat and organized. I wish that small entries were a little not so small, if that makes sense. I asked for three chili sauce sachets and three soy sauces. Oh well mistakes happen, they forgot the soy sauce, but that's okay 'cause they at least they didn't forget to put a fortune cookie in there! and the attendant was super cool. They deserve five stars and I highly recommend this location, especially if you stop by between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or between 6:00 and 7:30...

Nice employees and good food. This store does a good job of forecasting sales/orders so that the food that is pre-cooked does not sit too-long in the heated display bins where the customers view and order. Further to that, I do not mind one bit if I need to wait for a fresh order to be completed if the display bin is empty as the chef's wok-it-up quickly and deliciously. The reason for the one-less star is I wanted to try a new menu item that was displayed in ad banners in-store but the employee stated the item was unavailable because the sauce ingredients for the dish were delayed due to supple-chain issues. Perhaps that is not the fault of the store but take down the display for the new item until it is...

Yesterday I came to pick up an order for an Uber Eats Costomer. I ride an electric bike. So they have 2 rest rooms. 1 restroom was claimed to be out of order. I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting for my pickup but someone was in there.

When I got my pick up and started leaving I saw the manager walking into a restroom that was claimed to be out of order.

They don't let a food delivery driver use the other restroom that's claimed to be out of order.

What if I had to wait so long the food starts to get cold?

If anytime I go through this situation again I will not pick up for this Panda Express again. Because I want to make sure I deliver this food while...
