I have ordered cakes here before they have always been perfect .Order the chocolate Extreme cake and realize after I got home that he had checked chocolate, so I called in got answering machine left message telling them that it was the chocolate xtrreme blizzard cake. They never called me back so I called again talked to some told him that the cake was too be the chocolate xtreme blizzard cake and was told that he had changed my order. When I came in too pick up cake it was chocolate I told him that it was not the right cake. I was told that he could redo it and it would be ready at five I come by at five it was not ready took about 30 minutes more, the cake did not look like the Picture online and and it was very soft almost runny When we cut the cake it looked like it was chocolate that the had taken apart and added The brownie bit in center the top layer should of had the brownie bits mixed in it and the top should of had the brownie bit over it. I have gone to this business twice in their drive through Saturday nights and their employee has tipped herself 20% without my authorization both times before handing me the device to tap my card. When I asked for my receipt the second visit, she said “The receipt roll just ran out.” My boyfriend demanded her to refill it and she quickly handed him the receipt. That’s when we realized she tipped herself before charging us. He requested a refund only for the tip. Simply because this is a form of “theft” as she didn’t allow us to select a percentage of tip ourselves and she didn’t want to give us a receipt. We are gladly tippers but this is unacceptable and can’t imagine how many people she has been doing this to without handing them a receipt. Wanted to try their chicken and waffles. Spent 30 minutes in line to put in order to find out all DQ's do not carry that item. Was 😞 disappointed but ordered 2 orange Julius's. The wait to get to the food window was another 18 minutes. Another disappointment there. They could not find my order for the drinks. I told the gal at the window to just forget about the drinks. She then offered me the drinks at half price if I would just wait, again. I declined the offer and left. Lesson learned, I will not go to this DQ again.
