Work nearby manager of a store nearby eat here all the time always have good experience always even left a review before but today you got somebody there that has no business being in charge if they are a supervisor has no Customer Service skills has no business handling customers or food. Or handling working under pressure. Seemed like there was a line backed up but not much because I was able to pull right up to the intercom or something going on inside because the person over the speakerphone was very short and rude and that’s not how you talk to anyone over an intercom through a phone or in any type of establishment or business so rude so unprofessional, and don’t even know how to lie. 😂Pulled up first thing she yells out it’s gonna be a minute. I said that’s fine. I was fine with waiting, but then she comes back right away and says What did you wanna order! All bothered, mind you the tone is rude. I said I just would like to order a six dollar menu the value menu Meal. She says you can only order that online. I said no I order it here all the time she goes no you can’t order it here. I don’t even have that in my point of sale system I said since when ? and she goes for a long time which I know it was a lie cause I ordered it last week like I said, I’ve been here for years a manager of a store nearby. I eat here all the time And she goes. Do you wanna pull up to the window? You could pull up to the window like what is that supposed to mean pull up to the window so me and you can argue about it so I’m on my lunch break so now I have to back out of the line and drive to another Jack in the Box down the street to get my order that I just got last week and they have it posted inside at the register I know for a fact, cause I’ve been inside many timesI got my order From the same store like on the weekly if not daily… what? I did didn’t spend enough money ?? because I asked for a value menu that’s discrimination that value menu I know for a fact was put in place for people who couldn’t afford so you telling me that the homeless and all of that they’re supposed to go online to order it. No, that’s a lie And things didn’t change from a week ago cause I ordered it last night as well by my house and I don’t care if it’s not a corporate store or if it’s individually owned there was a much better way to handle that situation. She could’ve lied a better way she could’ve said. I’m so sorry we’re out of this item. Right now. She could’ve made up something better than what she came up with Anyway I’m really pissed off wasting my time and it’s not that I don’t have the money but I just spent $40 on eggs at the grocery store. I’m at work. I support six people at my house. I work 10 hours a day six days a week and it’s still not enough so if I want to get a six dollar meal so that I could put money to the side so that my children can have things that’s my business!! and thank God that Jack has that six dollar menu because some people is going through it out here prices is too damn high for everything and no customer service rep should EVER treat any customer regardless of what they’re buying the way I was treated. so please somebody sit down and talk to that woman because she need to get a handle on her business if she’s really the supervisor she sets a really bad example and I get it. It gets stressful and days are frustrating sometime I deal with it all the time, but what I don’t do is, I don’t put my shit on other people. Rude unprofessional, disgusting attitude. I asked her do you have a supervisor and she says I’m the supervisor my name is Tina. So somebody please talk to Tina and give her an attitude adjustment she really needed it. It’s not that serious,..its burgers and fries.💀 so fr!!!! Sad. No wonder this place only got one star. That’s OK there’s a Jack in the Box on every corner so I don’t have to come here anymore! Read moreOrdered through the app. Odered food and milkshakes. It was almost 2am and the worker said the machine was down and there was no way for the milkshakes to be prepped. I understood but i asked how i would get reimbursed since i had already paid for them and he just kept offering regular drinks as compensation even though i would be losing out on money that way. I told him then is he just going drop the rest of the order because there was more food that he was ignoring and refusing to make because he was so focused on the milkshakes. He just kept raising his voice over me and interrupting when i would try and ask a question. He then started to just ignore me completely and not answer me at all and would just repeat "you would just have to talk to corperate then!" With more aggression after every time. I was trying to get my order through the speaker for at least 15min. At the end he offered cheesecake along with the drinks which i said was fine since the value was at least more similar. In the end he didnt give the cheesecakes and at the window was still acting very immature and petty and refused to say a word to us and not even look our way. I understand working with fastfood since i have before but never have i had such an experience over something so insignificant. He also didnt give us his name nor do i have a receipt with his name. I understand this wont effect his job and if i go there again i will have to deal with him and his attitude again. Read moreI went through the drive through window. I ordered onion rings large, 3peice Egg rolls large drink. My order came up to 10.66 cent. The sign says please give exact change or use your card. So I gave the young lady $20.66 cents. The cook gave my brother who was driving my order and said thank you. My brother and I said she owe us $10.00 change, she was standing at the window i guess she was taking orders im not sure but she said what we both repeated about the money. And she said ok gave us the $10.00 change i ask for 2 extra ketchup which she did give. And she also flip up her middle finger. Because she said my brother snatched the ketchup. My receipt said I gave $10.66 with no change so that shows us she was trying to keep the $10.00 change. I know times are ruff for us all I'd rather her ask for help than try to take my change. I just won't shop at this Jack in the box...
