Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Montclair

My grandma went to the wienerschnitzsel off of central across the street from the COSTCO around 10 AM and she asked for chili cheese fries, chili cheese dog, chili cheese burger. And a corn dog chili dog small fries with a coupon's and gave the lady at the window the coupon number's .And she still charged my grandma regular price .my grandma asked for the manager . and she didn't even look happy or and didn't want to put in the coupon's in . the manager had a very bad attitude to my grandma the other older lady started mean mugging my grandma .i don't no who's responsible for this place but that is not how you treat your paying customers. And my grandma asked more then twice for corporate's phone number they just ignored her the manager walk past her and said something under her breath in Spanish.

This place is terrible. Twice I've had issues with them. First I ordered cheese on my chili cheese dog, instead of putting the cheese on the chili cheese dog like it usually is, there were two containers for each chili cheese dog. Second visit was worse......😠. Went through the drive thru ordered food for myself and my fiance. The cashier took our order, ask what size we wanted and which drink. Got to the window to pay, before I drove off realized i didn't have my drink. Looked in the bag none of my food was there because she didn't charge me. Had to flip around go inside to reorder. Waste of time because when I was suppose to order they were counting both tills. Neither one of the people made an effort to tell me it would be a few minutes. I haven't eaten at Wienerschnitzel in a while so decided to give it a try tonight and ordered a Polish sandwich. I haven't had one in years, but what I received tonight was NOT a Polish sandwich. I couldn't eat it, just threw it in the trash. I got one slice of completely dry bread (I couldn't bite through the crust it was so hard), the other slice had about three dots of mustard on it. The Swiss cheese was hard and tasted like cardboard and the pickle was a tiny little sliver that was so tough I couldn't bite through it. The "Polish" dog was some kind of regular little hot dog and tasted awful. Really disappointed that anyone would send out food like that and...
