Completely dissatisfied with my order i placed tonight as it was completely incorrect. Not only that when I call the store to speak with a manager he started yelling on the phone with me!! This is not how you handle guests !!! I have never experienced this at this location he said his name with matt and hung up on me and didnt even listen to anything i had to say. I was willing to drive with the order i received as it was completely incorrect and Im not even interested in a refund. All i wanted was my frozen yogurt that i paid over $20 for and im pregnant so it’s been a craving of mine. I really cant believe this is the type of service you provide at this location. Matt should not be a manager or even someone associated with customer service, really wish i would have had the opportunity to speak with someone that could...

I love the variety of toppings, don't love that they only have one size cup, huge. So of course the kids want to fill it up and it adds up. I think $13-15 a person for ice cream is a little crazy. Myself and 2 kids came to $40 & mine only had 1 topping. There is another place in nutley, half the price and better seating.

Update: went in with my gf, lifted the spoon to the wet walnuts and there was a glob of HAIR. I called the staff over and he reached over and pulled the hair out and walked away! Disgusting that he didn't take the whole thing and toss it and replace it, he just pulled the hair out while i was holding the spoon. I dropped it and walked away. Also music was blasting profanity which honestly idc but the family next to me was not happy. Never...

Let’s Yo is an excellent spot for frozen yogurt lovers! The shop is very clean with a bright atmosphere and a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome at all times. The variety of flavors is impressive and there great combos with different flavors combined. They have so many toppings. I can never get bored. The toppings bar is fantastic, with fresh fruits, candies, and sauces which are fully stocked and fresh. The pricing is reasonable, charged by weight, and they offer a great loyalty program. the customer service is quick and outstanding. There are beautiful decorations for upcoming holidays and selection of special flavors. I won’t go anywhere for frozen yogurt. This is my most favorite one!...
