Worst service ever!!!! They rush your food all the time. This is my 3rd time coming here and I literally ordered the same thing and all 3 times I asked them to not put oil n vinegar on my sandwich because I’m allergic and all 3 times I had oil n vinegar on my sandwich. Because I don’t like confrontation I just took the loss but this time I’m not letting it ok they already over charged me I paid 15.46 for a sub and a drink ???!!!! The sandwich is 9$ so where 15 come from and they put oil and vinegar no I want my money! I come back wasted my whole 30 min lunch break and they are giving me a hard time to get my money back. We ordered at 12:45 on their website for a 1:45 delivery which was their first open slot. At 1:03 I called to make sure ordered was placed because website acted odd. Girl was Great and said she received it. Only minutes later they call and are out of an item so she tells me that was 14.95 she told me to call slice an app to get credit I told her I used your website. So she said she call but then she said I can send you things two item instead I said okay, then again I received a second call stated they were out of yet another item once again I said okay to substitute. I called when order was 45 min late and they were going to call driver they never called me back 20 min later driver called "confused". I went here last weekend and was so disappointed in the pizza. I ordered 3 margarita pies and each one of my pies was not cooked fully. The dough was noticeably not done, the sauce did not taste good at all and then as soon as we picked up a slice all toppings fell off. My family and I tried to revive the pizza ourselves by putting the reamining slices in the oven when we got home, hoping that would help but it didn't. The pizza was still unsatisfactory, so much so that my mom got sick that night and was throwing up all night. It's a shame because the staff was so sweet and friendly but the food was the horrible.
