I stopped at Ramiro's Mexican food on my way to Arizona wow the food was amazing on my way back I will stop by again. October 5, 2024 love the food. Enchiladas de pollo and Torta de Asada.
Return on October 13, 2024 the service was distasteful my family and I drove from Culver City up on my arrival I ask for the key for the restroom and it was denied my daughter was in special needs and the keys wasn't granted had to drive over to Burger King.
This restaurant doesn't have public restrooms for customers or disable people 😞 including elderly people. The only restroom available it's being used has storage room with no ventilation. California building code violation hope they get fined and force to comply with public restrooms for customers only.
They have plenty of space to place a portable toilet for customers, they have shown little disregard to there customers personal needs. They also don't have a place for customers to wash their hands before or...
Read moreI wish i can give a review of zero. We had a horrible experience today. This use to be my fav shrimp burrito place. But last week i only received 5 shrimp in a huge burrito. So we wanted to go today. I figured to give it another chance. However, today was the last day we go back. First off they gave us some one elses food. The drive thru girl seemed short tempered. We had to turn around and they gave us the correct order. Well the food was nasty. It no longer tastes like my ramiros. My husband's enchiladas were way to spicy to be edible. My hard beef tacos had mushy shreaded beef. I was so irritated i had to call to see if there was new management. BINGO. So when i called to complain. The girl LIED said that they always inform people that the enchiladas are very spicy. I told her no you did not. I did not get offered a refund, nor apology. Instead i got a ringtone sound. She hung up on me. Well bye raimiros. RIP. The new staff and...
Read moreGot 1 fish taco and one large folded carnitas taco, both were amazing. They were $3.00 a pop were full of meat, heavy tacos. They only thing I would improve on is the hot sauce. It was on the watery side which makes it hard to eat because the sauce easily finds its way down to the tortilla and with that being said, once you pick up the taco to eat, it breaks in the middle. I had to pull out some of Del Taco’s hot sauce to use on the 2nd taco realizing that the first taco quickly broke in half. Other than that, it’s a pretty good deal and the taste was very good. I would definitely go back again. Oh, and they have a convenient drive through also along with a sufficient amount of parking and all the staff were practicing social distancing...
