Starbucks — Restaurant in Montclair

What an amazing place!!! The drinks are well prepared here and taste amazing. And they have awesome friendly staff.I’ve been coming to this lactation for several months and I’m very satisfied with this location and staff. A special mention to one of there greatest Trevor. Has an awesome spirit great attitude and loves what he does working here at Starbucks of Montclair. Any concerns with drinks he fixes the issue with a fantastic attitude. If the Starbucks higher ups are reading this comment I just want to let you know you have a great member of staff working with you guys if I were you I would give him a raise and a promotion. He deserves it I come to this Starbucks location everyday and he has a great spirit that he spreads to his staff and customers. Trevor is a hard working passionate kind person.A couple weeks ago he helped someone who was stuck outside and had car battery problems. And he was happy to help. I’ve never met such a nice humble helpful person EVER. I stopped in for hot chocolate. The guy at the drive through window seemed to have trouble with the concept of a drink with no coffee in it. I finally got him to verbally give me the options. (I had trouble finding these listed on the menu board.) He asked if I wanted whipped cream on it. I replied that I did. I pulled forward, paid my $3+ and got the cup. Not only was there no whipped cream but the beverage was only warm, not hot. As I drank my lukewarm beverage and neared the bottom of the cup, I was finding clumps of chocolate, like it had not been mixed well. I do not go to Starbuck's very often. I am not big into coffee drinks. I guess they do not expect customers to want something else so they do not care about their experience. Or maybe it was just that store. Who knows? 6/20 8:35 in the morning. 6 people in front and more in back all very slow, except Joseph at times not even anyone at drive through. Chit chatting. I was second in line waiting to purchase and have grind 2 packages of coffee. I waited while Joseph waited on the people in front of me taking their order, ringing them up AND making their drinks while the others including who I believe was a manager,were talking and moving very slowly. I am aware there are call in orders for pick and when they came in they also had to wait for their orders.
